Ma'am after clearing ugc-Net do you have to have any prior experience in teaching or atleast 1-2 research papers published in order to get an assistant professor job

Mam I have one doubt Mam, my major subject is Political science if I am doing 4yr undergraduate degree programme, and in 4th year have to do Research in major subject i.e. Political science Then I will get Political science honours degree with research Mam, I want to do MA in History As I have completed 4yr graduation so I have to 1 yr MA Mam, My Undergraduate degree will be in Political science with research. So mam, can I do MA history after doing research work in political science on undergraduate level Please please reply

There is no problem, you should be able to justify the change of subjects. And always, your PG is considered for net exam and assistant professor jobs.

This is completely abided by the rules. There is no problem. You can easily go ahead. In some interviews, you may be asked for the reason of change of streams which you should be able to Justify.
