Hey, this might be a dumb question, but is the only way to get higher tiered artifacts (white, green, blue, pink, etc.) is to find them naturally or can you tier them up somehow yourself?

Videos always perfect bro you help a lot early to midgame players even end game. You can also to small videos with artifact sets in specific most use containers.
