Seriously though, anxiety is the worst. Avoidance and keeping my struggles to myself kept my social anxiety disorder going when I was young. Hope this video helps you understand what might be holding you back.

I have anxiety and when I’m worried about something .. I constantly think about it. Is that common or is that more like pure ocd? I Google a lot… isn’t that a compulsion

I only discovered your videos a couple days ago and I love them. I've struggled with anxiety my entire life, even when I was a toddler. My social anxiety started when I was 4 and I'm going to be 42 this year. My OCD started later the same year when I was 4, bipolar at 9, C-PTSD at some point. For the first time I have a counselor that really challenges me. I've been in therapy/counseling off and on since I was 13 and I've never had a counselor like this. She's amazing. She really pushes me and doesn't take any of my excuses. She gives me homework and she also encourages all the self-help stuff I'm doing. Thank you so much for your anxiety videos. I know that was a rather long-winded comment.

My anxiety cause me to sweat n I mean drenched with facial sweat. I can have a causal conversation soon as I get anxious about hoping i don’t sweat. I start sweating no matter how much I try to focus on not sweating. Then it gets worse when ppl ask me why am I sweating or staring. Most ppl have anxiety but never encounter one that can’t hide it due to facial sweating like myself.

As you mentioned recreating your fears I asked myself if you are familiar with the research of Klaus Grawe. He published mostly in german so you may not. Just curious because he had a substatial impact on treatment planning for german cbtherapists with his research on impact factors in good therapy.

Sorry but given the nature of what you are talking about the framing of this is weird. I think it would be better with a more solution oriented tone rather than levity. Otherwise I like your YT channel a lot.
