For 421 Broome St you are showing two different condos from two different buildings. They are in the same neighborhood. One is for sale, the other sold awhile ago. For 172 Madison Ave you are showing Eric Conover's footage of a $14 million dollar apartment, AND the renderings for a separate apartment that was delisted about a year ago and was priced at $76,000,000. 🤨

I must admit, these are beautiful! But you could invest that, buy mansions outside the city, in park city Utah, and a castle in Europe and STILL have money left over to live, travel and feast like a king. NYC is a beautiful, wonderful place to VISIT. 🤣

I would much more like to buy in the Mediterranian: Spain, France or Italy. Better food, climate and life style. E20M gets much more than in NY, and rest of money for good life.
