They didn't play Fleetwood Mac twice, though "Big Love" was a slight cheat. The song was released in 1987 by the whole band, but the one he played was the acoustic version which was released in the 1990's. "Seven Nation Army" was played correctly. And, I would've loved to have seen the camera pointed at his feet. He must've had quite a few foot pedals for all of those different tones!

Around #51/52 on the list at 6:24 when asked if he had repeated any of the artists at that point in the list, technically he had since Eddie Van Halen was actually the guitarist on Michael Jackson's "Beat It" (#41), and obviously performed on "Ain't Talkin Bout Love" (#31) as well.

The first one that popped in my head was Sweet Child O'Mine. I'll admit I didn't know all the earlier ones but it's weird that on Beat It, Eddie Van Halen wasn't credited. Eddie did all of that almost last second on the spot, Michael had nothing to do with the guitar stuff.

Eddie specified that he didn't want to be credited, or paid for it. He knew it would only create arguments within Van Halen about him playing with other people, and making money without them.
