Bio shock is good . Hitman absolution a-okay I love all saints row games . 2 was my second best game after gta sa . saints 3 was like they left gangster era and made fast and furious and mission impossible combined . saints 4 i hated it first for being repetitive missions they let down entire franchise but today when I look back I can say saints 4 was the best super hero game ever created

You can play Gta 5, Gta 4 complete edition, bioshock trilogy, half life 2 and episodes, left for dead 2, Saints row 2, Sleeping dogs ( original not the definitive edition), skyrim ( original version is better), Portal series. Forza horizon 4, red dead redemption 2, max Payne 3. ( try lowest gfx settings with better resolution ) These are the pinnacle of video gaming

It depends , you can throw max at left or dead and Half life 2 may be the original skyrim and sleeping dogs can be played at the max settings. Games like gta 4 and 5 will run below 30fps most of the time at low gfx settings , I mean low gfx settings with higher resolution

Don't buy a new CPU , you can't install new Intel CPU on that mother board . All you need is a GPU ( don't buy expensive ones you can get NVidia Gt 710 ( for stable 30 fps 720( low) ) with cheapest price . Or alittle expensive Nvidia gt 1030 for 60 fps ( 1080 low ) . Before that make sure your mother board supports these Graphic cards .
