  Ok, I got it working! Had to use an older controller, but then i was getting something where the brightness of the textures would just climb until everyhting looked like an A-HA music vid. I did a complete reinstall/filedump/new game. Seein smooth frame rates, crisp textures, way more believable lighting. A pure masterpiece. Thank you!

  I have a laptop with an i3-5005u, 4Gb ram and Win10 it can run Fallout 3 in lowest settings lowering resolution can also help
