It's hard to take these compilations seriously when they leave out the most amazing snooker escape there has ever been where Ronnie hit what he was aiming for after using 5 cushions to get the job done !!

Agree with you about not taking these compilations seriously and this compilation in particular and it isn't necessarily the order...#50 through #1...nothing is said about the circumstances of the match and his position in the tournament, etc. But the thing that really got me - and this is the most stunning example - that of all the shots you could have found to display (and you didn't have to even have 50 of them), is that you had to include a fluke shot. There are a thousand shots you could have used to find 50 and I just don't understand when you're trying to show off his skills and shot-making ability WHY would you use number 7, which was a dead-straight UNMISSABLE plant? And, for God's sake, why would you use flukes (numbers 32, 24,10 and 3) and WHY would you possibly use number 9, in which Ronnie FOULED???!!! SMH!

Appreciate him while he’s still playing, they’ll never be another!

Of course, that's only a snapshot of the brilliance of O'Sullivan, good as they are. Been watching snooker for >40 years and any casual observer reading this trust me, this guy is a scientist of the highest order. The skill and precision to do what he does is off the chart. Go to a table, pick up a cue and try it, you will be amazed at the gulf between what you experience and what you watch e.g. O'Sullivan - but in a good way may I add. The guy is one of the greatest sportspeople of all time, across any sport, I truly believe that.

Included the winning shot twice

Since I grew up watching Hendry. I personally think Hendry was better. Just my opinion as he dominated snooker for that period. Ronnie has overtaken him in terms of accolades now. Also since Ronnie is English he gets over glamorized. If Hendry was not a Scott it would have been a different story.

I thought a shot that Ronnie played vs Selby in 2020 WC would be close to number one. Cue ball was glued to the baulk cushion when he potted a long opening red, i think on frame 32.

Of all the amazing shots Ronnie has played in his entire career, included one handed shots and crazy doubles, the top 3 according to this video are a fluke, an up and down safety and a great but ultimately meaningless shot which was also no. 41....

You're insulting Ronnie by adding the flukes in.

Why add the flukes? They are definitely not the best shots he played if they were flukes! Could have been a much better video!

Some are made better when they are against Carter

This was gonna be a fantastic video, however you felt the need of that stupid countdown. Annoyed me a lot!

There were a few flukes but the 1 thing about Ronnie compared to other's is he hates getting a fluke and feels like he cheated his opponent so apologises.

The one at 7.48? Because he played for it, it was the best option, it was the best shot, it was sort of on and he knew it. And so did John Virgo commentating as did Ricky Walden, hence the smiles all round. I would say at 14.35 wasn't a fluke.

@@fontyyy No, I don't mean the one at 7:48, that's a famous shot where he deliberately played for luck to break the record and got the luck. No-one begrudges him that one. The one at 14:35 was absolutely a fluke. Pool players like Reyes can play those shots, with the smaller table, large balls and huge pockets, but no snooker player can deliberately do it. Plus he holds his hand up to his opponent in apology, i.e., he's saying it was a fluke. Plus the commentator -- a professional player -- labels it a fluke. So, I'm saying it shouldn't be included, and I don't know why you'd say it wasn't a fluke.

#26 at 7:20 is the greatest shot in Snooker History. I Have Spoken.

That's the worst compilation I've ever seen. The top 10 included 6 shots that I knock in on a regular basis. I have a high break of 60 something. Do you catch my drift? What a waste of 15 minutes.

He's not that great,i play these shots on a regular basis,unfortunately I then wake up and have to go about my day😅😅😅😅

7 acasos eu contei. E a maioria dos tiros aqui, nesse vídeo, não retratam o melhor de Ronnie. Várias jogadas excepcionais que ele fez, para os leigos nem são percebidas. Já vi vários vídeos que exaltam a lenda, mas em nenhum deles foram relatados as jogadas mais geniais desse mestre inigualável. Por exemplo, na semifinal do Mundial de 2020, em que o Selby foi o adversário, ali, naquele jogo, tem pérolas, diamantes, do Sullivan. Mas só quem treinou muito jogar sinuca entende o que eu estou falando.

32 is a fluke, and no place in the compilation 24 is a fluke, but also a famous hit and hope. 10 was a fluke, but he made the great safety shot he was attempting. 3 is a fluke, but the impressive part is that he hit it. Could have gone anywhere, probably doesn’t belong. That’s still only 32 and 3 that I wouldn’t have included. 2 shorts out of 50
