If you’re working in a store representing a company or brand, and you’re making deals while making the customer feel respected AND welcome, you’re that much better as a salesperson. He does have a point in all sales final. Anyone can replace with a solid rep and sell back. There’s a KZreadr currently being sued by Nike for doing this at one of their stores.

You could buy a shoe for $300 then next week it drops to $200. Hence why they’ll buy back the shoes but at the current market price with enough room for them to make money again.

Yo actually though. Like he's the merchant, and while it's true the customer really isn't ALWAYS right, you have to give them the benefit most of the time. Especially working in commissions and sales - just making the customer feel right and swallowing your pride can result in more sales without giving up anything. Even though I understand why you would have a ''All sales are final'' policy, having a ''buy back'' option is also contradictory. You would not buy back a pair of shoes that are fake, therefore offering lower price than originally sold for is pure profit for the store ( in the cases where the pair can be sold as ''brand new''). Now, it's true that it does come with risks, regarding the legitimacy of said shoes, to the store, however there are ways to verify the authenticity without having your costumers come out with a loss of money for changing their minds about a brand new pair. I'm all for the ''All sales are final'' policy, but using it to make money seems greedy to me.

You check if there fake when people are selling so why can’t you check them for being fake if there returning and why can’t you buy them back for the same price he bought it for

I swear, in Europe this kind of thing doesn't exist, no matter what you write on the receipt, you have 14 days to return an item you've bought. No matter what the store rules are. But that doesn't exist in the US

I just don't get it. he's willing to buy the shoes back and If he does so, he'll check if they legit or not. that's a lame excuse to say that they could've been swapped with fake one like, we watched your videos bro you legit-check them all.

@@AD-sg9tr they dont do returns because the shoe market fluctuates, thats why he didnt buyback the panda dunks the guy didnt want. he bought them for 190, but the shoe resells for 100-130 now, so it'd be a loss. you cant just come back into the store and gain 60 dollars because you "didnt like the item" lol

Especially when you know that the idea behind is just to be able to buy the pair less than you sold it for , then resell it at a higher price just after. I don't find that very respectful or honest, especially when people seem to be honest and make the effort to come to your store.

I thought too, but I think he meant that if they bring a fake shoe for the one they bought, that they can say these fake but the store has to pay cause they can’t assume that the customer has the real one at home, idk if I explained it right
