We hired a doula for our third, hopefully my mom will be here to watch our first two so my husband can be at the birth again otherwise just me and the doula. (We moved across the continent about 9 months ago, got pregnant like within a week of moving)

Giiirrrrlll! Your videos have saved my life! I am a first time mom and just went into labor Thursday night and had my baby boy early Friday morning. I watched and watched your videos all through out my pregnancy! I rewatched and rewatched them as well! I even had my husband watch a couple with me to get an idea of what to expect! You have such great information and you helped me relax through most of my labor! I’m so incredibly thankful that I stumbled upon your videos while looking up last minute things I needed to know before becoming a momma. Thank you so much, even though you didn’t do anything I could hear your voice telling me to remain calm and to breathe the proper way. Thanks to you I only pushed for 31 minutes! I labored at home till I couldn’t take it no more and we got to the hospital and I was already 9cm! Which I did not feel like I was! So I also have you to thank for that! Being calm and relaxing through each contraction got me through it!

I just delivered yesterday and it wasn't as smooth as I desired, took a few hours longer than I had hoped however, I listened to lots of these videos (mainly the meditations and affirmations) on this channel and others and even the birth took longer than I hoped (it was a bigger baby than my previous ones) it was such a powerful experience. I was calm and never did I think I could not do it. I delivered at home with 2 midwives, was discharged 2 hours post birth, baby and I super healthy. I had a tiny tear that needed no help. I'm barely bleeding today and able to use the bathroom without help to walk, I even pooped without any pain, also no burning when I peed, even the first time! Amazing experience! I would not change it for anything and I'm so happy I did this!

Ugh! So glad for this video, my labor STALLED out last week, like I rushed into the hospital with contractions 2-3min apart and I dilated 1 - 2 cm with wonderful contractions and then with people coming in and out of the room my focus got thrown off and all of my contractions just STOPPED!!! they let me go the next day, I stopped progressing and left at 2cm dilated.

Hi Bridget! 31 weeks here, 2nd pregnancy. First labor was induced, and was not a favorable experience. This time I want the most natural experience since this is our last little one, and hopefully to make the experience more positive and enjoyable despite the pandemic going on. My question to keep myself in a positive mindset listening to meditations/calming music - would it be best for ear buds or the use of a speaker to kill out any unwanted noises, i.e. being at the hospital? I'm unsure what would be more comforting, even when you say silence is an element to a calm birth. Thank you for your time! Loving the information, it has brought me more peace and knowledge on what I need to do this time! :)

I want to labor at home as long as possible but I’m concerned that transitioning to the hospital will slow things because I feel stressed or can’t control my environment. I'm due with my second baby boy in April, and my first son is about to turn 3. He is very attached to me and wants me to do a lot of things with him almost all day. So my question is that if I wanted to stay home for the first while during labor, should I ask someone to come and take my little boy somewhere so I have more privacy? Or do you think it would stall labor at all to have him in the house? I'm thinking once it gets to the point where I can't talk through contractions that I'll need to be away from him...for his sake and my laboring. 😬😊🤰👨‍👩‍👦‍👦
