What I enjoy the most about your videos is how you break it down to the fundamentals. I've seen lots of videos that are just: 1)Build this 2)Spam X ability 3)????? 4)Profit I love playing Guardians and your video helped me out a lot! It's taking on that mentality that's the key. I usually avoid Assassins (except Thor) as I get frustrated when I can't play them properly. This video has given me the hope that I can possibly do OK as one now. Well, given enough practice time that is. :p

"and just like a surgeon, it is very execution heavy" I know exactly what he means, but this still cracked me up.

Tip: If you plan on making the other guides, maybe split up mages a bit. Like healers are played quite a bit differently than let's say a Scylla. Same with Chronos, Freya, and Ao Kuang.

+Raynday Gaming I thought all of your points made sense but there is one thing I would add, your ego/confidence. Lets say you had no confidence you would never gank because you think you wont kill the opponent or that you will die even if they are at 20% hp. Having enough confidence can make you as a player so much better and especially as an assassin. Love the vids keep them coming

+james kritt To me, I have a solid rule in terms of risky situations. commitment. if youre gonna try something, ya gotta commit to it. I say it to my friends, and I live it in my play style. by no means am I gonna throw my life away, no. if I can get out, oh I will. but if I have one of those "its so stupid, it just might work" plans, I commit. no shirking till its done, or the plan falls apart in some way.

If I were the Bacchus in the last clip,I'd rage quit, close the computer, pray to my Dark Lord,Satan, The Unholy Prince to curse any Loki player and end their life. Then I'd go on Smite Reddit and spend the rest of the day eating ice cream until I cry myself to sleep.

I was always afraid to play conquest. But this actually gives me the confidence to actually try it out with more of a grasp of it then before! Thank you!

I can't wait to see the rest of this set. ^.^ Being new to the game myself, it's too much to keep it all in. But the little bits even here and there help me improve. Never playing a game like this before I was clueless, but thanks to you and most your videos I'm starting to understand that this is like chess in ways. You have to wait and watch and plan wisely your classes. I love it all.

I really liked all of your points; coming from someone who plays mage main, when I made an effort to learn what assassins did and how they worked, Loki and etc are more manageable. I think the biggest emphasis I would put to new players is learn your god, learn their matchups, and learn to wait. People see assassin and, like you noted, expect to 100-0 targets, which many assassins can do, but not in the middle of a team who is expecting it. I love the guide and I love your work, keep it up!

I recently uninstalled Smite not only because finals were piling up and the games were taking too long, but also because I just had a really terrible losing streak with junglng, which is my favorite role. Thanks for posting this video, I was vaguely cognizant of some of these facts before, but hearing them here really helps ground me. If or when I reinstall Smite, I'll definitely keep these tips in mind. Keep up the good work!

Your tips are best in KZread. And as you said practice makes perfect. Also if there is any people who play any instrument (bass myself) knows that practice really does make perfect. And I'd like if you and your community would tell me if it would be cool to see in general a series about how to play bass. I appreciate your opinions. Also it would be awesome to see the rest of the classes. Keep up the great work.

I liked this video a lot, although what I'm having trouble with most is how to play the actual jungling process, ie. grinding XP in conquest. Still, this makes me feel confident enough to start playing more assassins, since I rarely like playing squishy characters.

this helped me so much I'm new to the game I play on console and and I played kali yesterday when 0 and 19 and I just played a game of joust and got 5 kills 2 deaths and 6 assists so this really helped thanks.

Being briefly noticed in a YT video my dreams have become reality. Though this is a great vid in it's own right of course, and this type of mentality is why I joined this clan. Good people playing good smite. Keep up the good work =D.

this really helped. i do really well as a hunter playing neith in smite but for some reason i bought bastet and kali. im ok with kali but really bad with bastet and i played her the first time someone said that as an assassin i had to stay in the front lines protecting hunters and mages. i was like "what?" isnt that a gaurdians or warriors job? so this REALLY helped

A good refresher but tbh I learnt all this by practice and personal experience, the truth is to be a successful jungler you have to know every gods abilities and how to build/play your god as well as knowing how and when to fight.

Thanks for another great vid man. To be honest (saying this nicely :P) - I was slightly disappointed that this was more about the basics of Assassin and less about Jungling in Seas 3, which has been pretty tricky...but still some good reminders/refreshers in here. Apologies ahead of time for the following tl;dr for suggestions/requests.... ...how about a "be a better team player" vid that touches on anticipation, not assuming the worst if a play doesn't work out or someone's struggling, knowing that the scoreboard isn't the end all of performance summary, and just how easy it is to ONLY notice the bad things a teammate does, etc ...especially if you don't know that god they're using. ...or maybe a vid on Mana/HP efficiency, Sustain, Pokes, playing the patience game in lane, etc - I think there's a huge problem in this game where a lot of people just want to poke and jump in out of impatience, like its a shooter, then get upset when they fall behind and just want to surrender...but maybe that's just my experience with and randos and not a huge problem. Either way, I think mana/HP efficiency, and playing the long, patience game to outlevel enemies is seriously undervalued by a lot of players and there's very few videos to cover it. deep breath, phew, sorry, rant done. Thanks for another solid vid! :D

I really like playing as a warrior, because I'm so used to mages and hunters, but i decided to get a god in every class because of your "how to be a better smite player" video. Have to say man, this was a excellent video. Equal parts entertaining as it was informative. If there was anything I could suggest it would be maybe syncing up your examples with the game play footage. I know it's a lot of extra work but it would certainly make the advice even more impactful. I'm still new to Smite but I've found that mages are usually my go to. I vote for Mages next. About Loki combo, a way to higher is damage is do invis-ult-basic attack (hydra proc)-aimed strike-basic(another hydra proc). the only con is that the target might use escape skill, so it's better if you surprise and they aren't ready, or they have no escape

Amazing tips man, I have one question. I usually tend to play a lot with nemesis, thor and loki. Any tips for thor and how I should play him?
