mark mik i just went 8-0 as athena, team mates went 5-4 and 2-4. I only stole 1 kill. I got first blood and second blood. Then 3rd blood after like 30 seconds XD afterwards i just chased kills lmao

TBH the only reason I die are 10% By my mistake 20% Yolo on purpose 70% Whole team is 0-10

I love how you keep it real, it is much more helpful, always helpful though just a little more than usual

I'm pretty sure that's nearly impossible because it's SUPER situational, also I don't believe raynday plays that much conquest. You might be better off asking a pro player about rotations specific to their role.

Playing Ganesha and Khepri alot more lately, its surprisingly relaxing to know that you don't need to watch your KDR out of fear of your ally's rage, especially as Ganesha. Sometimes you need to play support to cleanse yourself of the need to keep up with / race ahead of your team.

I love your videos! I don't have a nice enough computer to play on pc, so I play on xbox. I only have a few friends that play, but they don't fully understand a lot of things about the game.. one of them only cares about how many kills he gets, one of them blames every death he receives on everyone but himself and automatically says "we're going to lose" if anyone dies, I can go on but I won't. so my question to you is this: how do you get people to understand the concept of staying positive, and learning from mistakes rather than getting angry over them? when I try to explain these things, things never change.

Yeah, you right. Though the majority of mine are either flanked or I engage in a fight I think I can win. That's really it though. And hey, enjoy your vacation!

I tend to have a lot of trouble with tip 1 mostly because I solo queue. 90% of the time if I ping or signal a gank as jungle, or full engage a teamfight as a tank, my team just stares and watches me die when we could have easily won. Basically I'm playing a team game, using team based strategies, when I am usually closer to being alone.

Yeah I use to have these problems but I realized that patience is key.

So one reason is because people want to Leroy Jenkins it.

Well in terms of the smite community hes got a lot of subscribers, remember smite still isn't a relatively big game yet.

I've been playing with friends on PlayStation who have just started playing smite about a few months ago and one thing I notice, even with my more experienced friends is that they aren't using their kit to their full advantage. One of them will play Scylla and will get ganked at every corner and dies at every fight. While I was watching him in the living room he handed me the controller and told me to see if I could do anything. I walked into mid and threw down the O ability (her 3) and walked across the lane and both the fenrir and nemisis dashed/leaped to attempt to kill me. By making full use of my O ability I was able to teleport back to the dog, drop the ring of death and wipe both of them out, rinse and repeat until they surrendered.

Raynday I have a question. I am mostly an assassin guy and I mostly always carry my team but sometimes we still lose. I Get 13+ kills as Thanatos but sometimes we lose idky. Would you mind elaborating why I get alot of kills but my team never helps me and then we lose :( or does kills really matter in arena. And of course I always go for tower dives just for that double kill when their healths are low.

thanks raynday i used your tips and i was in a conquest with my friend who was playing Ameturasu and i was au kuang the rest of my team left and after an hour we forced them to surrender we dominated 99 kills to 43 thanks for your tips they made me a better player

Raynday: You can't do it all! This is a 5v5 team game. You will be dying EVERY single time you try to take those numbers into your OWN hands in a 1v2 or a 1v3. Meanwhile... Thanatos gets a double kill BY himself IN tower 😂😂 Yep that definitely proved Raynday's point

Well thanatos had high health and an instakill with the threshold, and has a chaac in the backline to support him, thanatos didn't spend much time in the tower, wasn't a very risky play to do

Analyze the situation he was in. Thanatos executed his first opponent on impact, effectively making it a 1v1 tower dive. Behind him, he had Raynday as Chaac to fend off any enemies trying to close in on him, therefore securing an escape if and when he needed to get out of tower range. It's an example of good team play and positioning, as opposed to the classic Ao Kuang trying to 1v5 in Arena while his team is in base getting items.

I've had this mentality for a bit of "Hey lets Crush them" which got me into tunnel vision which vis vie running into He Bo, Loki, Ao Kaung kill sprees. Then I started thinking.. "No, hold back, wait for "them to make mistakes." I'd say my gaming has gotten alot better. Thanks Raynday!

this man gets me when in playing my x rank Ra and I get killed if I check the stats and if the player has a better kda than me I feel bummed out but if they don't I feel like the didn't deserve it

I'm really bad about trying to chase kills, and I hate myself sometimes because I'm so aware of that being my issue. But I also hate when I think that my team is behind me (because they are) , so I go in and then realize I'm alone...

One of the reasons why I die a lot in Smite is because I'm more passive where as more often than not, I'm with people who are hyper aggressive. So they go in expecting everyone else to know they are going in without actually telling the team they are so we get picked off one by one or I'm out of position because of that. I try to keep aware but watching my back and watching my team mate who can't communicate a simple "Attack!" or "Fall back" command is pretty hard to do. That's what I've noticed anyway so I've tried to change up how I play and be a little more aggressive when It's safe and it seems to be working out better but I still have the odd few games where the team just doesn't say they're going in but expects everyone to follow on point. Just communication between everyone is one big part of my deaths and because none of my friends play Smite, I solo queue and communication in solo queue is pretty bad as everyone knows :(

i just searched how to die less in smite and this is what came up i feel like this will be really helpful considering my stats are pretty good apart from deaths which are below average (or should i say above average) on every god ive played with very few exceptions

what program do use for ingame voicechat? kinda look like curse voice, but i have used it and i dont remember it to look like that...

I only go into 1v2s or 1v3s if they are all 1 hit or close, im way outleveling them as an assassin or warrior, or im Skadi or Loki and can quickly either kill someone or just use Kaldr to bodyblock/push someone away from me with the ult.

One reason I personally die a lot, when I'm under leveled, is when I simply don't notice lol. I get used to playing arena where I rarely have to worry about my level, then jump into another game mode and end up falling behind almost immediately because I waste my mana/hp too fast and am constantly returning to base and missing out on xp

Do need to be lvl 30 to join the clan? I've been waiting for a week or so and I know Raynday is busy, but he still gets on smite right? Does he not check applications? (not trying to be rude or anything, I respect you and all you do Raynday, you are an amazing youtuber) . All my friends that played SMITE with me moved on to overwatch and so i left the clan cuz no one but me got on in a month, I applied to Raynstorm on PC but I'm only level 25, do you need to be level 30? My IGN is Tigaret. I'm losing my extremely energetic motivation to play SMITE because of how no one seems to want to cooperate in the games I play and teamwork is nonexistant and neither is cooperation. I'm losing my enthusiasm for smite ):

Hi raynday. Please try using meditation as your first relic. I really enjoy it midlaning with kukulkan because I can stay on the battlefield longer and don't have to back as much because I can regain some mana.
