A quick question: As previously explained, a self-sponsored worker must meet the salary threshold of £38,000 per year. However, since business income varies monthly and isn't fixed, will failing to meet this salary threshold for a few months or even a year affect my ILR application? My income won't be consistent when self-sponsoring due to the nature of the business.

I must say this is one of the best content so far . You have explained everything what I was looking for and thanks for the audiences as well for asking those questions!

Could you please clarify the role of the Authorizing Officer (AO) when registering a company? Specifically, I would like to know: Does the AO become the owner of the company? How much minimum shareholding does the AO receive in the company? Does the AO become the Person with Significant Control (PSC) in the company? What are the taxation consequences for the AO. Does he need to notify HMRC about the company or any change in his tax?
