All these singers are treasures of the human race. There is still hope for humanity.

These 5 people still give me chills no matter how many times I listen.

Jonathan I’ve followed your career from this moment on. I’m a true fan.

The one thing I really like about all these talent shows is that they have given some amazing opera singers the platform for the world to be exposed to opera singing. Many people who had not been exposed have fallen in love and many more to really appreciate opera.

I think that is very true, but I wonder how many people actually take the next step and go to a major House to see a full opera or a concert. if you want to be introduced to great newcomers in the opera world, you won’t find them on these talent shows. There is perhaps nothing better than watching the ‘BBC Cardiff Singer of the World’ competition, which has been held every two years since 1983 and is broadcast on BBC4. Just getting to the live performances is a huge achievement and many go on to have major international careers. As for some of the winners, they form a who’s who of classical singing.

The first girl deserves a career more than Selena Gomez or Billie Eillish.

This is why I love Got Talent... you often can't guess what a person will sound like until they start singing.

I love the first woman, #5, her range is fabulous and she can rock too.!!

It's been quite a while since I last watched this performance by Laura Bretan. And it will never cease to amaze me how emotional Laura sang. It was as if I was watching a performance on the stage of an opera house. Beautiful!

Once in a lifetime you hear something, someone .you know you'll never forget ..

Third one, his voice is magnificent and hers gets drowned.

I always find it so fascinating when the contestants have so much more talent than the judges.

Johan Nilsson - That was utterly amazing, a 9 year old with that range; glad to see she is doing well 7 years later...

Laura and Amira are the best. Their voices are different, but both superbe and already at their age, at the top of the world. Music is also and perhaps primarily emitting emotions, which is why Callas was considered the best time of its time. Laura also has that great emotional quality. In addition, her smile is out of this world. I also love Amira, her beautiful beautiful voice and her playful nature. We are lucky to listen and see both, as much as we want / can. Thank you KZread and all the uploaders. I hope the fans not only love their idol, but can also enjoy the others. The more we love, the more we enjoy. With these talents and others such as Alma Deutcher, Emily Bear, Angelina Jordan and Akiane Kramarik (not a singer, but check her out - it's amazing). The future is happening.

She was born in Chicago, USA. Everyone's ancestors came to America from somewhere else, but their progeny don't remain Irish or Russian or Brazilian. They are Americans, as is Laura Bretan.

I loved his voice on that audition but since he has had a lot more training his voice is so strong and mellow at the same time. I could listen to him all day.

Not enough breath support, wide vowels, not lifting the soft pallet, singing from the throat, and look at the last high note. her lips were all over the place to find support. She will learn with time if she invests in it

All Brilliant Artists three are now huge stars/ All have great talent and are a pleasure to listen to

Throughout music history, with all that has come and gone, nothing inspires emotion across the generations like the strength and range of classical singers like these.

She's good but I'm not a fan of miss mashing things up by switching styles it just sounds totally out of context, that said her rock voice was pretty cool too, but for me Jonathan Antoine is the only truly credible opera voice in this entire compilation.

I know my fucking opera, you fucking don't, Laura bretan is the best soprano, Amira is a light soprano, Laura is a true top soprano, I had Amira CDs, when she sang at the same age as Laura, I gave them away, when I heard Laura's super powerful soprano voice, even netrebko was stunned by Laura's brilliant soprano voice, what the fuck would you know about opera, you haven't even got CDs of Amira,! Amira is clearly improving all the time and has a massive following on youtube with well in excess of 500m views The reason ? She has the ability to bring large audiences to tears because of her beautiful voice and stage presence and the complete and utter ease of doing this is breathtaking. At the moment she is concentrating on her schooling and is careful not to overstretch herself so she will undoubtably protect her voice for the future Also she started a foundation when she was 10 which provides playgrounds for poor children who otherwise would have nothing Comparison ?? lets not do this please lets just say she has only just begun and has more views on youtube than all the rest put together
