Hi Tiff, I appreciate that you are noticing the diversity in the roles that we can accommodate as you mentioned at about 4:30 in your video where we are moving into different roles. My question is, can HR keep up? Are Hiring managers also going to have to change how they see candidates as being agile and filling multiple roles? I do that as I code, work with AI, have a degree in Data Science, work in Land Use Law, Economics and Business Intelligence. The diversity is a challenge to have HR understand the use of having multiple skill sets.

You are the best !

Learn how to learn anything but with mastery I will say is wonderful skill money can't buy.

I'm a law graduate but I don't think my critical thinking skill is good enough. Do you think studying mathematics up to college level can sharpen my critical thinking and problem solving skills?

Am I the only one who thinks that A.I. is being over-hype way too much right now?

It’s already there, it’s not going anywhere and it’s going to be even more powerful going forward. Not overhyped, but there will be trash AI companies that would try and ride the hype for sure.

Thank you! That is a great question. When I worked at IBM I used to mentor kids and we used Scratch to teach them about coding and also develop more logical thinking skills for the digital world!
