All the products except CeraVe,she mentioned in the video. Actually they don't contain retinol at all.I don't know about CeraVe.​@@ankita.1609

Retinol 1% already kaafi strong hai (without doctor don't use higher percentage) Retinol ko 5% niacinamide ke saath use karo aur give it atleast 3 months for the result Consistency and discipline is the key

0.1 is the one you should use as it's low concentrated and won't irritate skin. (My personal recommendation is requil 0.1 retinol)

too oily for me...oil based serum that is.... don't know about result but i had to throw that😢....I couldn't use bcz my skin is already too much oily.....may be good for dry skin people.. coz lots of positive reviews are also there

@@vijayasrivastava1928 yes, anything that is oil based I cannot use. that's why i cannot go for creams. I have only option of serums. currently I am using pilgrim firm and lift retinol serum with hyaluronic acid. the problem with this serum is that they didn't mention % of retinol. otherwise it's suiting me well. and I am planning to explore other options too

Retinol is a on counter prescription free cream whereas retinoid is a much stronger composition of components in it and available only with doctor's prescription
