Hey Rachel, I've been in Tucson since 1985 and you're spot on, especially in regards to our homeless situation. I live on the westside (Pima West Campus area), and the homeless situation is pretty wild on St. Mary's & Silverbell. I see a lot of regulars roaming the streets. I have many years of first hand experience with addiction as I was addicted to opiates for 13 years. After many detoxes, rebabs, sober living, jail and eventually prison, I was able to get my life together. I'm sitting pretty at 4 yrs/ 7 months of sobriety. I say that to say this, I've tried helping a lot of these people (primarily on the westside) in getting resources, going to detox and simply talking to them (similar to outreach teams). A lot of these people are happy to be out there, it blows my mind. There was a short time where I had a part-time job working at an AutoZone in Oro Valley and I didn't see any homeless out there. They kept that area hella clean and free of people soliciting. That always blew my mind and makes me wonder if areas with a lot of retirees & money are doing something different than my area of town. What are they doing different? That's one thing I'm trying to figure out. Oro Valley Police is always on point from what I've seen. I started my channel to help others by talking about my experiences and highlighting my mistakes so others don't have to make them. This will always be an ongoing battle for the foreseeable future. At the end of the day, it's really up to the individual to get better. They could go to the finest rehab in the world but none of that is going to work if they don't want it. What I'm trying to say is, great video. Lol! Love your content and production level. It's always nice watching positive videos about Tucson. I love my city. Great work, ma'am! -Daniel | RighteousMonkey

The question for me is, how libtard is it? I know it's pretty Left. I've heard differing stories. I lived in Phx for years and travelled through on I10. It's got a beautiful natural environment, that I know. Love it. Been to Mt. Lemon, to the lake S. of the city. Very cool. But where Dems run things, they turn to ... well ... let's say bad.

It's bad. That's why I moved. Try living in El paso. Just about every job is 8$ an hour.
