Top 5 Most Luxurious Estate for the wealthy in Nairobi, Kenya

In today's video, we will tour the top 5 Most Luxurious Estate for the Rich in Nairobi, Kenya.
We all know Kenya is one of the best places to stay in Africa. Nairobi, ranking as the capital of East and Central Africa, has great innovations, developments, and top luxury estates to stay in, making it a great city endowed with many residential areas.
I have done in-depth research into some of these residential, upper-class estates in Nairobi. The reason these places are ranked as the topmost expensive is their prime location, good infrastructure, and high security.
Expatriates will almost always pick Nairobi when choosing a city in Africa to reside because of its peaceful neighborhoods with large lush gardens.

great shots there bro from the west, welcome in kenya. I wonder why some people think that kenyans can't own such houses. I bet 90% of those houses in keren are owned by locals. Expatriates do not build, but they rent since they are here temporarily. Kenya is rich ooh.Doubting Thomases should check the Kenya's annual budget and other macroeconomic factors before they judge. Kenya's private sector is vibrant; banks are very much willing to lend loans to people and kenyans do not fear borrowing.
