Most expensive I did maintenance on is the F22 Raptor, $30000 per flight not including my per hour pay, and the fuel they used during that flight.

I'm surprised you didn't include Bentley. I've seen 1987 Turbo R units in pristine original condition for around 80 K, but the parts and labor are higher than you could imagine.

Yup I feel you. My dream car is the Bugatti Veyron, now the Chiron... ufff no way in hell would I by one unless I became a billionaire in this lifetime lol. Even though I'm a mechanic and can learn and do it on my owe just the parts would be hard to buy lol. I'll just stick to getting a Ferrari or Lamborghini at least. Maybe not even that 😭

@@normferguson2769 yeah but you do realize this is not a car, this is a piece of art and of top of everything it's old one, there is not that crazy engineering in it for the regular maintenance to be THAT expensive. Still for sure it's incredibly expensive, but in the end it will be surprising if thie piece of art even moves at all. I mean Mercedes-Benz will still most likely fly an certificated engineer to maintain it, but still, not as expensive as hypercar for sure.

AMG project 1 is basically a F1 car for the road. F1 cars get maintenance after every race so makes sense but they still on crack charging that much

The fact these owners can just buy a second hand charger or challenger that ends up less money than suppose to require.

Also with buying laferarris or other ferarri halos it's not just 5 ferarris it's specific ferarris like you usually have to own a 288 gto or an f40 or an f50 or an enzo which are million dollar plus cars then you have to have like a limited run but not halo ferarri like a speciale or a scuderia or XX or an aperta or if you have a 250gto you immediately get asked but its a an almost 100mil ferarri

Actually, the AMG One needs an engine revision each 50.000 km. And only in the worst case, if the whole Power Unit has to be replaced, then you have to pay around those 850.000 $. Which is pretty descent, keeping in mind, that this is a freaking F1 drivetrain! I'm sure, a Bugatti W16 engine won't be much less.

There is a point enough is enough. Jay Leno proves this. A man that can afford any super car he wants and has several. Of the nearly 200 cars he owns, none of them are Ferraris. He explains, he will only pay what he feels a car is worth. Which makes perfect sense.
