This video came at a perfect time. I'm struggling to find a job right now. I currently have over 3 years of experience and the roles that I need to apply for are asking around 3-4 years. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with my profile or resume but my resume is getting rejected left and right. I'll try to improve my profile using your tricks and update within a few months if I get anything. As always... thanks for this Jeff.

Really great video! I always love the "Pro Tip..." parts of your videos ;) One thing I recognised as a video editor: you used a "swoosh" sound effect when you inserted new things. Because I watch all of your videos I recognised that this was a new effect. Two things you can improve here. 1. Turn down the volume of this effect a bit. For one or two times it is ok, but when you insert the effect back-to-back, it gets kind of distracting. 2. The effect goes from right to left, but on the screen the parts where always coming in from left to right. Just adjust the sound effect to what you can see on screen. So when the screen insert is coming from left to right, the sound should also come from left to right and vice versa Hope I could help you with that! Keep up the great work man, love your content!

Hey Jeff great content as usual! What's your take regarding similar skills on LinkedIn? for ex. related to leadership there is: Leadership | Team Leadership | Cross-Functional Team Leadership >> Should I add all 3? >> What about endorsement then? Should I prioritize one to be endorsed by my network, or spread the endorsement among all 3? Can't find much insight about this and how their search algo will react.

Hi Jeff! Love your stuff and have been sharing with my friends! I am trying to put metrics in my Headline, About and Experience section but I’m worried about repeating myself! I have limited metrics so my key accomplishment is showing up in all 3 and other accomplishment metrics are showing up in my About case study bullet points and in my Experience. I am especially worried the About and Experience section as they now have the same accomplishment metrics and both use the XYZ bullet point formula you recommend. Any suggestions?

Does anyone feel that everything is now “gamifying”? Let’s say, 20% of the LinkedIn users follow this format, they got jobs, then everyone starts doing it, the advantage is lost, another set of “tips” are released and cycle repeats. As a content creator, I loved your work and presentation style but in the long term, I think we will be back to personal recommendations over LinkedIn suggestions.
