I play Havik for fun whenever I'm in casual. But I suck at connecting his strings.

As a Havik main, I approve this

Late comment ( but i agree with some of your picks especially scorpion i used to hate playing against him now it’s enjoyable even when they play shamelessly with sareena/stryker) my 5 picks would be scorpion, Li mei , Havik , Kitana, sub zero

I mention that with scorpion, aside from stryker I don't find him annoying... without that kameo he doesn't bother me. - as for kitana, I don't run into her often... and personally when I do, I find it to be a fun challenging sweat, as I haven't faced a spamming kitana yet

@@ToxicJosh issue with Scorpion is I never play against a non Stryker one. For Kitana all they do is spam the same thing and outzone me when they start losing.

I completely understand. Had I faced that too, I would be pissed off as well. The thing is for scorpion/stryker I tend to already beat their annoying gameplan. So whenever that kameo gets nerfed, I won't see a threat anymore.

i didnt know where else to put this so i'll just comment it here. kenshis f2 2 f2 has a flawless block gap in the final hit that removes the pushback and it goes from -10 to -20. i only discovered that yesterday so thought others mught not either

I dont find Kitana annoying, but her pressure game is so good that i dont know how to fight against it. And Scorpion is only annoying when they are zoning the entire time, especially with Sareena or Sektor. Geras isnt annoying but he has certain moves that are very annoying. Rain is just awkward and strange and a lot of us cant fight against his setups, including me. Havik is annoying to me, not because of certain moves he has, but because most Haviks(Im not saying all Haviks) are toxic as heck. But thats really it for me.

Kitana definitely is good, especially after all the buffs she gained. I personally know how to deal with spamming scorpion/sareena's , so I don't worry of it most times. As for Havik, I've run into some toxic players... but they usually suck at the game so it's not enough to annoy me.

Besides rain I feel he’s a little more annoying imo but then again most rains I face are kasual kl demons but I would put li mei in number 4 she’s not that bad to face lol

Lmao I feel the opposite here. Facing li mei pisses me off all the way since beta to my video of facing a spamming li mei. I think facing ttv toxic's rain, enlightened how I view the character

@@ToxicJosh Well, to start off, she has absolutely awful frame data. For example, she has the worst standing 1 in the entire game at -5, to put it in retrospect Johnny has a standing 1 at +4. She has one overhead (which if you know the string is the most reactable overhead in the entire game) its death on block and overall unreliable. Obviously this can be changed by using certain Kameos like Scorpion or Stryker, but my point still stands. No reliable mixups (without Kameo) either. Her only low combo starter is -24 if you fully commit with the fan throw, and even if you dont its still -14. She has an awful armored wakeup; its a high, death on block, and has some of the worst range in the entire game. She has decent zoning but since two of her projectiles are set to a certain range you can dash out of them and obviously you can duck her normal fan. Kitana mostly relies on punish and whiff punish with her b24 string, but if your opponent is patient you arent really gonna get many combos off. Also as a side note they nerfed her setup by making the damage scaling crazy…. why??? its not even that much of a setup you can literally just jump out of it or used a armored wakeup. 😭 but thats just my take on things

@@Roguenancy 7:32 I kind of explain it a bit, she may not be the best rushdown character. But like you mentioned she's more reliant on whiff punishes with b24. As for patient opponents, grabs as well as shimmy staggers are a good option if not that, then best option to chip them out or zone (people see it as spamming) but it's known as playing neutral. While she doesn't have mix ups, sub kameo helps out for applying zone pressure, and taking further risks with kitana. Jax kameo is better for aggresive dmg routes, as well as scorpion kameo. I agree her armored wakeup is weak, but when paired with jax it can have a same risk but higher reward. To tech around strings as well as string gaps. For the range of zoning, that's why I bring up sub kameo... he covers those flaws. Mixups may suck that she lacks, I feel her constant neutral into rushdown play is something if done right, can be very viable for the person using her. Also for the setup nerf, that seems fair considering with sub zero (base roster) anytime you freeze an opponent with df4, df1, db4 amp, as well as his own combo string 21 and ice klone it would scale dmg, and like everyone knows, the further it's stacked the worse the dmg scaling gets. As for kitana she can slap you with 3 fans in one combo with scorpion kameo off a setup, so that seems fair to me.

People love to downplay sub zero...usually a sub main...easy move set, good armor and a ice hammer that it makes almost undropable combos

While this is true, playing sub at higher level ranks or even skill levels, he is a charecter that requires more thinking/hit confirmations to win with

No havik is annoying all his strings are slow but he’s fully safe and can hit you but if you do the same move can’t hit him

As we said before its mostly about the players. Every single character here annoyed the hell outta me at least once, especially Rain. I've yet to see a Rain player that doesnt mash. Scorpion can suck a dick though, since he's ALWAYS with Stryker. And as Kitana main, I am definitely toxic, If i win vs Johnny, Tanya, Lao or Raiden/kano you are getting bagged😂 Edit: Great video and hard to make too! And my least annoying character is Sub-zero, because Im biased (fav character), but even then he can be annoying asf

@@ToxicJosh Its hard to lab it too, because they're so random with the grenades. They can do it while blocking and u cant even see him most of the time too. Whenever I see unsafe move done on block I go for a punish, its an instinct at this point. This kameo breaks that rule. Nothing is a reliable punish anymore
