Top 5 Ingredients To AVOID In The Foods We Eat Every Day - Educational Grocery Haul

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Now that we have made so many haul and review videos, I keep seeing the same 5-10 bad ingredients popping up in so many of the food items at the grocery store. So let's start off by showing you the top 5 or so ingredients that should be avoided in food products and why. The reason why you see these inferior and unhealthy items in packaged food at the grocery store is because they are cheap and easy to mass manufacture, it's all about money. But the ingredients are bad for your health in many ways and can be avoided if you know how to identify them. Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

    1) Only organic AND expeller pressed veg/canola oils 2) No carageenen 3) No palm oil/palm fruit shortening (unless it's unrefined Red palm oil) 4) Caramel coloring 5) Natural flavors...are not natural, instead real vanilla extract is best 6) Yeast extract...another word for MSG and usually made from GMO corn

The natural flavors in our products are oils, essences and extracts from natural sources, such as spices, fruits, plants or vegetables. We use them for quality and consistency in our products. Our natural flavors do not contain any common allergies including wheat, dairy, soy, sesame, sulfites, or gmo ingredients. Bobby and Art, thank you for the awesome work you do for educating american public 👍😍 I would like to see the video “The second best options for budget conscious buyers”. I am not always able to buy the best of the best at the grocery store but I want not to feel bad about my choices. For example: if the Irish grass fed butter is not in my budget, are there some conventional butter brands better than others? Or, if a bag of organic apples is not in my budget, is it okay to buy conventional apples and wash and peel the apples before eating, would apples from New Zealand be less sprayed than American apples? Or, for example, the grass fed cheese is not in my budget and usually I buy a block of Jarlsberg cheese from Norway at Costco thinking that European standards of conventional cheese production are generally much better. Thank you 🙏

Hey Bobby, I love watching your videos. I always learn a lot. I had a question, for oils would expeller-pressed be better than cold-pressed?

I just shared your KZread channel with my hairdresser who is lifetime Keto, after having spent thousands of dollars on eating plans and weight loss schemes. Thank you, Bobby, for your expertise!!. Dr. Eric Berg is another good one to follow.

Canola oil is geat to use on your chain saw to grease the chain with. It was originally a industrial lubricant. Lots cheaper than buying bar oil at Tractor Supply!

Because of your tutorials you saved me. I turned plant based natural wholesome foods and lost 17 lbs in a month. I bought a package of "smart bacon" "plant based". Got it home and you reminded me to READ THE INGREDIENTS! IT WAS LOADED WITH CHEMICALS NATURAL FLAVORS AND CARREGEAN! YUCK. SPED THAT BABY BACK TO THE STORE FOR A REFOND. Along with Quaker oats rice cakes. Who knew the processing makes them toxic with traces of arsenic. Yikes! Thank you for these educational episodes..

Desiree Grigalonas I had to take notes. And then stick to organic, turn the product to the back and make sure there’s expeller pressed oils, minimal ingredients that I can pronounce and no natural flavors lol

I'm listening while making my breakfast. I'm writing you before I even get my coffee made (that's say'n something). I just bought that same bag of chips last week thinking I was buying a healthier choice than the main stream unhealthy chips my teenager loves. One of my top action steps to inquire about a food product is to check not only who makes it but who OWNS the company. Late July is owned by Campbell's...the mmm mmm NOT good for our body. I also recently learned at my local health food grocery store that Kettle Chips is also owned by Campbell's.
