This list really helps a lot, I fractured my wrist so I kept looking for games that require 1 hand and this is the best list so far yet, I know this video is kinda old, but these games are immense amounts of fun

ingeniousclown, quality of your content is amazing. Actually, i've got your channel at my Recommendations, watched some of your videos without looking at views/subscribers count and was sure that it's a channel with 100k+ subs. Imagine my surprise finding out that's not the case. Keep on doing the stuff you doing, but maybe indirectly advertice your channel (like doing some collabs, going hot on reddit or things like that). Anyway, I rarely comment, but wish you all the best, your channel definitely deserves much more ;)

My favorite, by far, is IdleSword. It's a roguelike RPG where your heroes battle on their own. It's simple enough to learn, but get's more complex as time passes. The way you 'prestige' is by finding magic equipment, which is the only thing you can carry over to your next life. These items are limited, but you can combine them with other items, for a price, to get a magic item for any use.

because he uploads a huge variety of videos about a whole bunch of different niche titles that are not for everyone therefore people come and go on his channel, it's less of a subscriber heavy channel, more of a view heavy channel 27k subs and 100k views is an incredible ratio, most youtubers don't get even half of their subs watching every video.

Ahh right, they made it x100 times easier to climb levels, over that week I played the new update I went from level 20k to level 200k.. so I felt alot of my hours in that game was a waste

cookie clicker and clicker heroes were the first games to introduce the new category: Idle

I remember egg inc.! Someone I met IRL also played it, and he gave me some prestige eggs. Really nice guy!

I feel like idle games take the reincarnation mechanic from disgaea on steroids.

We actually took our original MMA clicker game and just released a modern take on it. Instead of mindless clicking for hours and hours, over months and even years, we use mini-games to increase the attributes of the fighter. It's just on iOS now but working on Android version at the moment. MMA Fight Club 2.

zombidle and idling to rule the gods r both my fave idle games, zombidle was my 1st fave and by landslide compared to others like clicker heroes, itrtg is on par with zombidle now in my opinion bcuz of the big in depth story that u find urself in, makes the game alot more immersive :) :D

best thing about egg inc. is the fact that after a while idle money becomes less and less usefull when other clicker/idle/tycoon/inc games do it vice verse

I agree with your list. I want to add one to your list. Its a bit different though because its a zero person game. Its called Godville. Its an phone game though. It kept me hooked for years and is still updated.

I’m disappointed there was no mention of trimps, it may not be a clicker game, but it is definitely the most advanced idle game I’ve played

weirdly my fave is clicker heroes 2 , it actually has good graphics and actually has skills you can time correctly to progress faster. It is still an idle game tho since you can build an automator and literally tell the game how to play itself.

I had. It never grabbed me the way the others have though.

I have Clicker Heroes on mobile, and I play it almost every day. I go all the way to Amenhotep and ascend. And until I reach the max ascension achievement, I'll progress through the full game.

I wish that @ingeniousclownGaming create a new video of best idle/clicker games of 2018 - a rewind!

endless frontier is pretty good and it's the most generous free to play game i've ever seen when it comes to the real money currency

You probably should play 1. Tap Adventure : Time Travel, 2. Zombidle: Remonstered, 3. Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, 4. Crusaders of the Lost Idols. They are realy nice.

My favourite is crank by faedine it just gets you hooked also its kind of unknown for whatever reason

i have finished swarmsim and clicker heroes after years!

Time Clickers, Egg Inc, Clicker Heroes, Swarm Sim, Trimps, Plantera, Idling to Rule the Gods Are the only clicker/incremental games I've played the most of. ItRtG is the one I've played nearly 4.3k hours in. Clicker heroes nearly 900 hours of total gameplay but was not the first I've played since cookie clicker was.

Go to kongregate search top idle and try most of them out on pc to get a better idea of what you guys like, idling to rule the gods is one I enjoy and it has a story that is very long (in text and separate tab in-game) but incomplete atm

Kittens game is an awesome one too. It sounds lame but it's so in depth.

As a clicker/idle game connoisseur, you missed at least mentioning some of the most important and widely known of the genre. This includes: -Cookie Clicker (pretty much the original clicker game out there) -AdVenture Capitalist (One of the best, most well known idle games out there) -Tap Titans (While being mobile only, it has one of the largest fan bases that I have seen out there) -I'm sure there are some that I haven't put here that I've forgotten during the 2 minutes that I'm writing this. I'm not sure why you have such a precedence against mobile game in this video, but there are a TON of tap/click/idle games on mobile. I feel like it's where most people play these games. I also feel like there are more games (from this genre) on mobile than there are on the computer. If you don't believe me, just check the app store, make sure your on Android because more people put their games there than on Apple. (However, both AdVenture Capitalist and Tap Titans are on both Android and Apple)

As many times as I've combed over the list of games on Kongregate I've never seen Idle Raiders... WTF, dragon? Thanks for the link to that one. Too bad I've played about 6x longer than you in Clicker Heroes and 'completed' the rest of this list (except Egg Inc.; I don't play mobile games - ever)

Also, I've been playing an insane amount of Idling To Rule The Gods (Steam; also available on Kongregate) and I recently began playing Endless Dream on Kongregate as well. I can easily see myself putting another 1,000 hours in each of these.

Couldn't really get into the Gods one, as I've started to get bored of the ones that are purely about numbers. I'm currently working on another list that should be out relatively soon of idle games that all have some weirder mechanics and set themselves apart in interesting ways.

Use an emulator on your PC to play mobile games.

Don't let this video deceive you into playing Galaxia. When he said it took him 2 hours to play it, I paused the video and went to try it out. And it took me eight hours fourteen minutes to beat it. EIGHT HOURS FOURTEEN MINUTES. ...okay, so maybe I sucked and got stuck for hours, because I overbuilt metafactories of Probes, which let me without Energy, and wherever I could have energy, it was used to build more Probes, which were clogging the production of Colony Ships, so I couldn't get more Energy. And without Energy I couldn't build anything in the factories, once the Colony Ships returned I had to spam click the buy button on the Automation to buy more Colony ships, and it was active for a fraction of a second, so 90% of the time it wouldn't work! it was a nightmare! ...and then I found you can suspend Probe production, unclogging everything and allowing me to build Colony ships en masse (the metafactories run out, so all you need to do is buy Colony ships on the very last factory), and then I proceeded to conquer 100% of the galaxy in 5 minutes... Oh well, at least after doing it, the struggle was more fun than the intended path, which ends weirdly (once you reach like 20% of the Galaxy, you conquer the other 80% in like 2 minutes o_O )

i want one of those games like clicking cubes and and they disseapear and reappear in no time and try to get high scoree

For some reason...I'm kinda addicted to idle/clicker games. :p

My favorites are swarm sim, kittens game, trimps, and realm grinder.

I would highly recommend kittens game, it’s pretty in depth compared to most.

After my GPU broke... well lets just say i started to play a lot of these idle games. And now im so fucking hooked. Aint got time for other games, even now after i fixed the gpu :p

I LOVE kittens game by bloodrizer. it's REALLY hard and complex. simple in nature, but still amazing

My personal favorite idle game will have to be Realm Grinder though. I just love how it's also a choose your own adventure as well as a clicker game.

Okay now something that's is idle but doesn't require you to click all the time because it is all automatic....Godville (available on iOS, Android and as a web platform). It's a basically MMORPG with monsters, heroes, artifacts, quests, duels and so on but it's humorous as hell and you play as a god that has his/her hero/ine and you can check on him/her anytime you want to see how is he doing on his adventures.

I think of a game maker simulator simulator when i see these

If you like games like this you should try CivClicker, it's frickin' addicting!

Firstly, I agree with Spaceplan HUGELY. It is a brilliant game that throws twists at you quickly, and has special additions that change the genre altogether while still keeping it Idle and Clicker. Secondly, about Egg Inc. You are kinda hating, but I understand. It's quite bad. Especially silos. Annd the mobile market was pretty crap as well. But there is a GOOD mobile game - and this will waste your life - which is possibly better than some PC incremental games (though not spaceplan, it really cannot be beat) . Space Melons. The brilliant storyline and actually decent graphics (I'm not hating on spaceplan, I'm hating on crap games) combined with the plethora of upgrades and slight intervals make you keep playing. It contains an ending, through the 64 loops or prestiges you have to go through. Each took me around 2 hours each in realtime to a day or two to actually finish the loop, so that can keep you going for several months. I am only on the eighth one, and I am already experiencing "Clicker Crisis"

Realm grinder honestly is the best for wasting time because you cant just simply beat realm grinder in one or two days, it takes many many days and much research of the mechanic as you progress as there are two prestige mechanics, one where you get gems that is just raw income bonuses, but then another that requires a certain amount of gems before you can achieve it and as you achieve the reincarnation (2nd prestige method) you can unlock more mechanics and bonuses

My favourite is idle oil tycoon. I think it's only for mobile phones.

Some app company made that swarm game but with graphics that I found before this and it has the same stuff but it the app tries to make you watch ads

I know this was from like a year and a half ago, but only 500 hours in Clicker Heroes? According to Steam I currently have 15,321 hours in it. It's been pretty much open and running solid for the past year or two.
