Terry has a different step/rhythm than most like Henri, Lucas, Ladyva... which make them exciting and entertaining to listen too and watch.

Boogie Woogie is such mood elevating music.

I couldn't believe that people were just walking past these people! They were all brilliant! I'd have gladly missed numerous trains or appointments to listen to these guys!! BRILLIANT!

So glad you included Terry Miles and Dr.K!! The list is far from complete without them. Truly masters of their domain

Just made my day absolutely marvellous.I saw it on you tube and then went on to my Computer to download it.henri'S boogie in Hd just got me so excited .I am 78 and like all sorts of music .especially 1960's but henri's boogie is the tops for me a real masterpiece

Of all the ones I have heard, I think I like the style of Luca Sestak the best!! His "Handclap Bluies" is Cosmic!!!

I AGREE BUT I THINK TERRY MILES IS #2, DR K #1 & BEN TOURNEY IS #3. THEY ARE ALL AMOUNG THE BEST EVER! BEN IS STILL YOUNG BUT ON HIS WAY TO THE TOP.

Terry you are amazing, thank you for a great piece of music.

I find that Dr K delivers a "purer" form of "Boogie Woogie" than most others. A lot of the other genius boogie players tend to blend in a bit of "rock n roll, or jazz.

I'm glad you included my top 3 boogie players in your list of 5. Dr. K is fantastic and quite versatile while playing but has a tendency to talk too much in-between numbers. Terry is also a fabulous player who certainly has a lot of energy and is very entertaining. However, Henri is hands down the best player of all. Just watching his hands and fingers hit those keys is mind-boggling and he is the best boogie player in the world.

Really? I don't know Henri but I didn't enjoy his performance in this video. He was the most technically crisp (and dextrous) of all the players but I didn't care for his improv skills. Too much repetition and not enough swing, syncopation for its own sake (just to show he can?). Just personal taste I guess. As annoying as Dr K. is, I have to admit his sense of musicality and style are top-notch. He has great creative lyrical bounce and lilt to his swings that make it a pleasure for my ear.

Henri has a ridiculous amount of discipline and power. Accuracy. He did repetitive stuff I guess but it was all harder louder and faster than dr K and without losing a beat. Dr k is a beast of a player. But the mountain that is piano is Everest.

Any list of great Boogie Woogie piano players starts with Henri Herbert, Terry Miles, and Dr. K. That's why I like this video. Henri is at the top of my list, but Terry and Dr. K. ,who are both very animated, and are close runner ups.

I have (Alas) had 11 operations on my hands, but I would have another 99 to be able to play like these guys!!

I am quite familiar with Doc K by his vids, so it was good to see him here.

I said I was going to get a keyboard some months ago and now own a full size Suzuki keyboard which I paid 20 dollars for at the street market in Vancouver Canada, where I live. It’s almost new and I am learning.
