All features are same except suspension. Cradiac has installed its own suspension but Ninety one has installed zoom suspension which is far better than the Cradiac. Therefore Ninety one is the winner if you neglect the price because right now price is around 23k and Cardiac has 17k. Overall both are fine at their prices. You can go with anyone and According to your budget.

You don't have to worry about the quality because Rockrider St100 is a mountain bike from a well known brand: Decathlon. It's very lightweight because of aluminium frame. It's frame is 21 inches and Wheels are 27.5 inches so if your height is 6 feet and above, you can go with this bicycle. Have 21 speed gears from microShift. It doesn't have disc-brakes(drwback). Overall, It's a good bike from our point of view if you neglect the importance of disc brakes. It is an entry level mountain bicycle. It's very much affordable. But the frame size is small which is not sitable for adults. If your height is between 5 feet to 5'5'' then you can consider this cycle. Otherwise you should go with 18 inch frame.
