😢 why do you think this Polaroid camera from back in the day petered out in production? Because of the cost and Technology replaced it. So if you want instant pictures, you got to pay the premium

What are the focal lengths for these cameras and lens quality?

The mini EVO is suchhh a cool camera, but it’s also kinda weird. It’s like, really fake? It looks like leather and metal, but it’s almost entirely plastic. Even parts you’d think would be made into metal to help compensate, like the rotating lens bit, are still plastic. And the rotating lens do-hickey is especially egregious because it feels crazy cheap and flimsy. On top of that, the Lens itself is so disingenuous. It’s a rotating dial for changing filters, then like these ridges that are supposed to evoke a camera aperture, and then this really small glass piece hiding an even smaller sensor. Seriously, that sensor is like the size of a pinhole dude. Still a great camera, still a great buy. Just came out in brown and has USB C now (hoorayyy), but it’s just a little weird feeling sometimes.

I really need a digital and printable. Their all so expensive

Is the Mini Lilplay’s pics bigger than the Mini 40? Because I just got my Mini 40 and the pics are sooooooo tiny? I want to start taking pictures at events at festival and parties for $5 a pic but these are too small.

@@gregoryc6656 It’s a single lens reflex camera which means if you look at the viewfinder you will see exactly through the lens in comparison to a non reflex camera uses a viewfinder that looks out through a window beside the lens to give a approximation of what the lens is actually seeing. The camera also has a 116 mm f/8 glass lens. If you manage to focus correctly, your image will be impressively crisp, especially in close up photos.

Kinda looking for the best retro polaroid camera. Any tips?

yes. get a great option is to get an old polaroid onestep or sun600. dont get an sx-70 even though people will tell you they are the best polaroids ever made (even though its true). they are fragile and expensive. dont buy a modern polaroid as they tend to over or underexpose images. also, keep in mind that modern polaroid film is quite weak. ive had images simply not develop. alot of images will also show signs of light pollution after being exposed (due to an improper chemical mix or manufacturing process.) but all in all, polaroids are fun to play with and a great conversation piece. take it from me, i own a polaroid model 95 (1948), a polaroid one600pro (2004), and a polaroid now (2020). if you have any other qurestions, feel free to ask away :)

@@PhotographyWithinfocus wow. Thank you for A huge answer 😅. Well to get more deep into What I am looking into, is a more warmth and a retro film style as I said. I have never owned a such camera before, but I really like the look of the old pictures. A little blurry, cold and warmth vibe. That is something I want. But, I want something that can handle light too, so that the picture won’t look crap you know 😬.

I've heard it's quite good, but I've heard very bad things about the now+, it really overexposes all pics. I'm torn on maybe getting the now though, it's a pretty good cemra overall

They mostly can last for years. Tho small detail can change a tiny hit in the photo so I recommend keeping in a case for protection and increase it life time

What about Kodak bro? Did you forgot them!

Now+ is pretty bad. Bought one and had to return it. The overexpusure is just too high.
