@@BadWolf3742 Were you enraged at having to get one of these stupid looking things? I'm forced into getting one because I have a soundbar arriving tomorrow and I won't be able to use my Firestick because I only have 3 HDMI ports on my TV.🤬🤬🤬

@@BadWolf3742 I've just realised I will buy a USB adaptor with an HDMI port. Stick the USB adaptor in the TV's USB port and the Firestick's HDMI cable in the HDMI port on the adaptor. That's a solution. For media sticks anyway.👍🏻

That's what splitter means

I need it 1 for image and 2nd one for audio without having to plug and unplug everytime i play ps4 😢😢😢 and im missing one for my cameras thingy 😢 if my tv only had 1 more hdmi its all i need ot will lool for usb to hdmi see if it works.

My problem is i have a sony avr. I need to be able to use zone 2 for other room for audio. But when i do the avr wont pass throughout 4k hdr from my ps5. I can only do that if i disable the zone 2 on my avr. If i were able to plug the ps5 directly to the tv and a separate audio cable from the ps5 it would work so long as it was compatible with 4k hdr and passing atmos through the other hdmi to the avr. Btw i cant use earc at same time as zone 2 either. Zone 2 does exactly what i want but it limits what i can do from games console to avr...to tv...looking at the last one you mentioned actually.

Are hdmi splitter traceable? If I ram a system check on my computer would it read that I’m even connected to a splitter or would it just mirror the image. Can testing software detect an hdmi splitter is mirror an image?

An HDMI switch is what you want. A switch is basically adding additional inputs to your television. An HDMI splitter is for displaying the same image on more than one screen.

I want natural colors to watch football matches. Most of the pieces that I used show me 4K 60Hz YUV 4:2:2. I am using Elgato 4K Capture Utility and EZCOO 4K 60Hz YUV 4:2:2 The problem with the recording piece Elgato cannot capture 4k from EZCOO because of the colors YUV 4:2:2 I want a piece that supports 4k 60h and natural colors because I cannot cancel the hdr feature from the transmitting device It's protected and I'm watching it on my PC I hope to help me choose the right thing

So this is a terrible list... none are 4k 120hz

You use the words splitter and switcher in the wrong sense 100 times.

Why do you keep calling these splitters switches, they are just splitters.

This is just an advert telling us what we already know, where youhave changed the title to 2022 despite this being uploaded in 2021. I'm sick of getting shite from Amazon and sending it back the next day because it doesn't do what it says. 90% of all these things are junk. Even when paying over £30 you get crap. Is it too much to ask for 4k60 HDR over 3m? Can someone tell me one they found to actually work?? These things are advertised as 8k HDMI2.1 48gb/s blah blah blah and it does nothing but flicker even at 1080p.

I THINK THE MOVIE COMPANIES BOUGHT OFF ALL THE SPLITTER COMPANIES THAT WORK, CAUSE THEY DONT WANT US TO MAKE FILES OF OUR OWN MOVIES, IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO EXPLAIN NO SPLITTERS AVAILABLE ANYMORE THAT ACTUALLY WORK !!!

Come to the video looking for advice on spliters, all I hear is talk about switchers......... such misleading video.

The number 1 he rated is a absolute joke of a splitter i fails to output the reviews will say the same DONT BUY!!!
