What about birds? Does they have any tech that helps to avoide flying animals, maybe some kind of sound echoing around the the machine or what?

@@sylverrain4620 know what you mean! Almost got tagged by an 18wheeler 2 days ago & 40yrs ago had a friend get an imprint of an 18wheeler’s lug nut pattern, on the side of his VW square-back. But, what about the parachute question? Also, I’m interested in outrageous contraptions, but haven’t seen any come to fruition e.g. like the type 1 VW beetle . Yours, truly A retired nuclear submarine mechanic of 35yrs P.S. , if I got a million dollars for all the problem solving I performed for the US Navy, maybe I could afford one of those expensive toys

@@SuperSpecialty Even the hobby/toy drone these day don’t just fall out of the sky...it’s programmed to precisely returned to point of origin. I’m pretty sure there’ll be multiple fail safe built in, given the facts that human life’s onboard and below. I had throughly research on eVTOL/UAM. And I started to invest in EHANG...it’s appears that they’re ahead of the game...the rest are still in a testing stage. But, I’m eyeing Joby Aviation at the movement. These way of travel is inevitable given how congested the world urban traffics are, the process will speeds up once solid state battery comes to fruition and will be manufacture in large scale. Most developed countries are banning combustion vehicles by around 2030. So, I think the future will be exiting.🤞And I put a sizable amount of my Roth IRA in this sector.🍀

@@sylverrain4620 Re: fail safe... even nuclear submarines fail-safe procedures manage to “fail” as I have witnessed several times in my 35yr career as a marine machinery mechanic. Not only by ship-force personnel (sailors & chiefs) but even contractors who provide parts & equipment to the US Navy, the ISS & even the Seal Team have had “near misses”. You do know of “Murphy’s Law #2”? ... that shit happens! And, yes even worked in those tanks. I have witnessed some abominable occurrences. So, that’s why I asked, is there a parachute... for the craft? The only thing I would invest in (if had the funds) is a Data from Star Trek.
