Yes if you can risk it and afford it it's better to buy multiple shares and diversify amount atleast 5 etfs in your portfolio then go ahead and buy individual stocks if you like to stop and have done enough research and are comfortable with paying for the stock without breaking your bank. It doesn't matter if you are dividend investing or long-term investing just know what you're getting into and your dividend investing meaning you want a percentage back monthly annually or quarterly vs growth stocks

It’s 2023 you may be able to get a bicycle for $25,000 but you’re not getting anybody’s dream car.
