I had fun today trying to time 0-150 in my Hyundai Getz 1.3 sports edition, yes you read right, the sports edition. Sadly the autobahn ran out before I got to 150 so I couldn't quite get an accurate time but if I had a little more road, id say about 3 days, give or take an hour

Seeing the needle climbing up in the RPM'S and in the speedo is so satisfying.

The 0-200 speed/time is much faster than the 0-100 speed/time of most family cars there....

The Audi acceleration was measured at 28.5C° compared go the Benz at 11.5C° which is 2.5 times the external temperature... the 4 stroke engine efficiency highly depends on external temperature. Caution ⚠️ when comparing power outputs, one has to align the temperature parameter. Crucial.

Its easier to acheive higher speeds on warmer temperatures, because of the difference in air density. However, the power output is higher with cooler temps for the exact same reason. If you notice, your car will most likely have a better fuel consumption during summer but will have a stronger acceleration during winter (for low speeds)

@@antonio_luis_ you just made a blind and wild assumption, the reported temperatures in the video appeared in Celsius...and so follows my comment, then who wants to see temperature conversion adding the 273.15 shift to Kelvin in a comment on KZread? the energy equation in the non dimensionlized form uses theta not T[C°]+273.15K... it is called absolute temperature, and should be known even for the absolute beginners. Cheers

it's not fear caus you don't put the gearboxes in manual shifting for all of them. it can make a since when u do that on German cars.. also using the *S* mode should be used for all of them
