I am 70 most people believe I am about 45 don't have any wrinkles. I take in about 20 minutes of sun a day. I take in the vitamins you referred to in this video every day for about 20 years now. I also do facial exercises every day before I go to sleep and when I wake. I also use silk pillow cases to keep my face cool and sleep in a cold room. I drink both ozone and hydrogen water daily. I eat 4 eggs a day and a bowl of natural yogurt with blue and blackberries mixed in. And have sex regularly.

Sex lol how does that antiage you 🤣
I am 71 and have been taking turmeric as well as other vitamins for years. I do not have a weight issue and I stay active most of the time. I very rarely have a joint issue and as long as I am exercising regularly I feel great. I have always been athletic and it’s essential to keep at it. I feel that most folks once they get up in age, give up thinking that it’s hopeless and it’s not. I was gone for almost three weeks and didn’t do my weights but walked a bunch. When I got home I noticed my muscle mass in my arms and chest looked terrible. Two weeks later I’m back to regular step climbing and weights and have rebounded quickly. Now, I have been going to my dermatologist for years and she’s had to freeze several spots on my face but about four years ago she told me about the studies and results of taking Niacinamide(Vitamin B3)and amazingly after taking it for this short time I hardly ever have to have a spot frozen so I really believe in this supplement. The other supplements I take in pill form are Vitamin D, Vitamin B Complex, Flaxseed Oil, Magnesium, Olive Leaf extract and Ashwagandha. Thanks for your great insights! Chris

Is the sun exposure for 10 to 15 minutes with or without sunscreen? I always wear factor 50 on my face, but can you still get the benefits of sunlight if your whole body has sunscreen on too?
Thank you for mentioning that vitamin K1 and K2 do different things. K1 is for coagulation, K2 acts like a traffic cop, directing the calcium in your bloodstream into the bones and teeth. If you take vitamin *D3,* your calcium will increase, so it's vital that you also take *K2* so that calcium goes to the right places, and doesn't end up as nodules in soft tissues like blood vessels and organs.

Thanks Dr. Rajani for all the great information. God bless.
Watching blogs like this one has helped me over the years, I had back/hip problems which I wont get into! But all the foods the Doctor has mentioned -I take, so am doing fine! But one food I have stopped eating is Salmon, unless it is wild Salmon! As farmed salmon are fed wrong which can do more harm than good too you! I also take cumin and turmeric and black pepper when cooking hot meals!
Cinnamon is the skin of the tree. Cinnamon can rejuvenate your skin. Honey never spoils. You are what you eat. Honey cinnamon is a great mix. Grapes have a smooth glossy texture. Plums have a smooth glossy texture. According to my logic, grapes and plums should be two great fruits for the skin. (Thin skinned, shiny, soft, smooth grapes and plums = shiny, soft, smooth healthy human skin.) Fish have smooth skin. Eating fish and drinking fish oil can rejuvenate the skin. Maybe massaging the skin with fish oil can be helpful. Swimming in the sea can beautify the skin. It was very cold last night. I went into the bathroom and took a shower with incredibly cold water. When I got out of the bathroom, I noticed that my skin was red. So the result is: The fastest way to increase blood circulation in your skin pores is to take a shower with ice-cold water. It's not easy to take a shower with cold water. Especially in winter, this is very difficult. Every good result is associated with difficulties.... Fish live in cold water and have smooth taut skin. Try applying bay leaf tea to your acne with the help of a cotton ball. For headaches, massage the veins on your forehead with bay leaf tea. There are terrific claims about hydrogen peroxide and bay leaf. The claim is this: drop 5 drops of hydrogen peroxide into a glass of water and drink it. No matter how much you drink, repeat this practice whenever you want to drink water. Chew a few bay leaves every day and get rid of all your diseases. And consume bay leaf in the form of tea. Additional information: The rate of hydrogen peroxide you will get from the pharmacy should be 3 percent. Pregnant women should not use bay leaves. Showering with cold water can be risky for the heart. I don't know English. I hope I made understandable sentences with google translate.

Recent research show that Iron and vitamin E have never really gotten pass the blood barrier making it useless and a waste of money.. also low iron is not a bad thing, it’s actually a direct reflection of the body using up more iron than not using it, iron oxidases and too much iron accelerates oxidation in the body… if you are stuck to your iron supplement, make sure to take an antioxidant to counteract the excess of iron oxidation. Vitamin E through foods are the best and most optimal option to get your vitamin E. Hope this helps. Research is always evolving, luckily we know now what is worth the time and money and what isn’t.

K2 also known as MK7 is best combined with Vitamin D and an Onega fatty acid supplement line sardine or Flax oil.

Glad it was helpful! and Thank You
Dearest Dr. Rajani, I started taking garlic about 35 years ago and fish oils about 25 years ago? I added Krill oil on when it first became popular about 15 years ago, and D3 when menopause hit, about 10 years ago. I enjoy my resveratrol when I can afford it and Turmeric is a mainstay in our cooking always. :) Simple supplements I add is a spoonful of olive, walnut, and avocado oil....and of course collagen! Thank you for sharing!!! Betsy
