Great reviews! We were at the royal uno , now Mar Caribe, this Jan, 23 and had a great time (though check in was horrible), but I hear Hilton made it more restrictive. We're going to Hilton Tulum in January 24 so I'm glad that scored so well!

Thank you so much for the in-depth reviews. I am between Tulum Riviera and Carmen De Playa. It's a family vacation but everyone is now an adult so I'm wondering if Tulum Riviera will be okay. I don't need full out party vibes like Carmen but it's adults only which is appealing in that aspect. Any thoughts?

Hi! Thank you so much for your Hilton reviews. I've watched all of them ❤ but I'm torn between Tulum and Cancun. It will be a big family vacay with 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 4, 2, 2) and I lean towards Tulum for the resort feel and play area but the 80-90 min drive from airport is holding me back a little. Do you think Tulum is worth the extra drive? I also heard Hilton cancun location accessibility exclusive and Uber there is a bit tricky, did you find that to be the case?

Who did you use for airport transportation? Do you know if using points, are 4 adults allowed in one room for standard award?
