If watchmojo could of included motion capture performances like Benedict Cumberbatch as Smaug from the hobbit trilogy, I love the quote where he says "MY TEETH ARE SWORDS, MY CLAWS ARE SPEARS, MY WINGS ARE A HURRICANE!!!!"

Gotta love Mushu and Donkey😂 Eddie Murphy kills me each time.

Scar is always my favorite villain, his voice is outstanding. The Lion King was my childhood movie.

Alladin has always been my favorite Disney movie because of the genie. Ever since Robin's death, i can't get it out of my head. A man who was so talented and always trying to make people laugh, was also so sad on the inside. I think about this at least once a week and it makes me so sad. I really hope he has found peace, he absolutely deserves it and thank you for your manic energy and ability to make people laugh. It will never be forgotten!!!! R.I.P.

Patton Oswalt as Remy, The Rock as Maui, Steve Carrell as Gru, and Robin Williams at the Genie are all phenomenal.

Emperors new grove is an underrated gem!!!! Everyone played the characters perfect and the level of sarcasm from them is legendary!!! I remember seeing this in theaters as a kid and loving it 😊

My favourites are: Robin Williams, Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Jay Baruchell, Johnny Depp, Jack Black, Will Ferrell, Ralph Fiennes and James Earl Jones.

Robin Williams… great example. He stole the show as Genie. All of us still miss him.

I saw the Mirvish stage play of Disney’s Aladdin. The actor who played Genie got his inspiration from Robin Williams! Robin Williams will ALWAYS be a win!

The Genie was playing Robin Williams, all time great Voice Actor Performance.

I completely agree with you. Genie = perfect example. Mike from Monsters, Inc. = is the show, so can't steal it.

Besides Mufasa, James Earl Jones’ vocal performance as Darth Vader in the Star Wars franchise is also one of the most iconic ones in history.

The sheer talent of these celebrity voice actors never fails to amaze me!

Rocket 🦝 had me crying throughout the movie of Guardians of The Galaxy volume three.😢

Eddie Murphy and Robin Williams are by far the two best voice actors 👍 I'm from Holland and maybe you guys know the actor Tygo Gernandt? He is also really good in doing voices in animated movies

Jack Black’s Bouser in “The Super Mario Brothers Movie” also deserves a shout out.

Since Mufasa was mentioned, let’s also not forget James Earl Jones’s impossibly booming, menacing work as the voice of Darth Vader.

R.I.P., Robin Williams and Eartha Kitt. I Absolutely Love these two when they stole the show, as the Voices of Genie from *Disney's Aladdin* and Yzma from *The Emperor's New Groove.*

You left out… - Mel Gibson as John Smith (Pocahontas) - Tony Goldwyn as Tarzan (Tarzan) - Kevin Kline as Tullio (The Road to El Dorado) - Kenneth Branagh as Miguel (The Road to El Dorado) - Justin Timberlake as Branch (Trolls) - Jude Law as Pitch Black (Rise of the Guardians)

One of the things I love and find very interesting about these videos that focuses on Voice Acting performances and the Voice Actors that pull them off is that no matter which ones are very great, they can never top Robin Williams as Genie in “Disney’s Aladdin”.

Scott Weinger and Robin Williams Jeremy Irons and James Earl Jones Danny DeVito and James Woods Billy Crystal and John Goodman Tom Hanks and Tim Allen Eddie Murphy and Mike Myers Those men were perfect voicing the characters in the movies and their characters balance out perfectly as well

Lin-Manuel Miranda as Vivo in Vivo (2021) even though he's not on the list no surprise that Robin Williams was number 1 on this list

As usual I have strong opinions on this list. I would have included Ursula, Olaf, Pumba, Merida, and Princess Tiana. U missed so many. Should have been a top 100!!

It always puts a smile on my face when The Great Mouse Detective gets the love it deserves. I love it so much and think its such a great movie

Vincent Price gave Rattigan a personality that few actors at the time would've given him. The great mouse detective is still a must see whenever I get to spend time with my grand nieces. They're still young enough to appreciate good Disney movies.

Great selection. I might have reshuffled it a bit, but the Genie couldn't be beaten. Two lions, but no Tiger? Surely George Sanders as Sheer Kahn in The Jungle Book should be on the list. In a movie with an embarrassment of riches in terms of the voice cast, the main villain definitely steals the show.

I grew up watching Basil the Great Mouse Detective for a long time and I actually didn't realize Vincent Price was the voice of Ratigan when I gave it a re-watch. And though I havn't seen other films that feature Vincent Price, this the one I remember him from the most, even though its just his voice.

Seeing this video gives me an idea for a future video. Might I suggest Top Voice Over Ensemble Casts

Nice list, I liked that you put some of the actual actors as you display the character. Would have enjoyed it more if you had done it for all characters, since I had to be searching on google to see who the ones you didn't include were.

Some honourable mentions must include Gilbert Gottfried as Yago in Aladdin, as well as Rowan Atkinson as Zazu and Whoopi Goldberg as Shenzi (both in The Lion King).

-I am impressed that you pronounced Ralph Fiennes' first name properly. Also: The narrator and the words on the screen said Ralph Fiennes. But, the chapter title said, Rafe Spall. You may want to fix that, if possible. -Like Scott Weinger, Casey Kasem, Matthew Lillard, and many others, James Wood has chosen to be a lifer when it comes to voicing his (and our) favorite character. I am glad these actors have made the commitment because they really bring their characters to life. And, like Christopher Reeve with Superman, they are purists when it comes to keeping their characters true! -I never saw Eddie Murphy's Donkey as being dim-witted. it is more like he simply sees the world through different eyes. His brain is wired differently. I have Asperger's Syndome. I'm not saying Donkey has that. Only that I can related to having a brain that is wired differently, since mine definitely is! -Tom Hanks doesn't act for the paychecks - although I'm sure he enjoys those, too. He does it for the craft. He puts everything he can into his roles and his performances. If the movie wasn't good or the character wasn't good, it wasn't because of Tom Hanks, it was because of the writing, the director, the producers, etc. But, never Tom Hanks, himself. He cares about the craft too much to give anything less than 100%.
