I had it years ago in my right foot. The morning it hit, as soon as I stood up came the sharpest pain I ever felt and I let myself fall to the floor. I've had cuts, various pains and injuries, but no pain has ever made adult, testosterone-charged, grown man me weep like a baby like plantar fasciitis did. Some of you may have had it milder, but until I get a spinal tap or get crucified it is the worst pain and I will never wish it upon anyone else.

My plantar fasciitis is so painful I didn't know what it was when it first started 6 months ago. I got out of bed in the morning and I thought my heel was broke my ligaments, tendons that my Arch were torn the pain was unreal? My doctor suggested to go to a podiatrist and get injections well that's not going to happen. I had injections in my left foot due to a broken bone, not only did it didn't help the pain was so bad from the shots I cried my eyes out. This physical therapy is really helping me and my doctor also suggested freeze a typical bottle of drinking water and roll your foot on it from your toes through your arch and then around your heels that feels wonderful. That helps so much with that excruciating pain. I'm 60 years old now and I hope this isn't going to be chronic for the rest of my life 😭

    2 жыл бұрын

@@aminankit411 it's definitely a lot better now! I used to feel it right away with my first steps in the morning, but now that parts pretty much gone and I only have some discomfort later on in the day. I've made it a habit to do the stretches and the alphabet exercise from the video before getting out of bed and any time I'm sitting down watching tv. Ideally you would want to keep weight off your foot as much as possible, but I'm always on the go so I always have it in the back of my mind to be careful with my weight distribution. Normally I used to walk with the balls of my feet but now I try to involve my heel a bit more. I've also found some plantar fasciitis insoles at my local drug store, and those have helped a lot but they get uncomfortable on both feet after standing for a few hours. All in all consistency is key, and the pain and discomfort will help remind you to stay on track! I hope you have a smooth recovery good sir

If I just pull my left and right big toes back they seem equal, but not so much when walking. In fact...I think I'm compensating for toe pain on my left foot. I just noticed that today. I believe it's subconscious.

Thank you for this. I've been having pain for a while. The hardest thing is trying to figure out if it's gout or plantar fasciitis. I drink the tart cherry juice, but it didn't get better, so that's another thing that makes me wonder if it's PF. I do exactly as you explained, hurt when I get up, mash on heel and it hurts. Haven't tried the other, but will, and I have an idea it will hurt. After I walk awhile, I do feel better and the pain goes away, but if I sit, I start hurting again when I stand up and start walking again. Before the pain went to the heel, it first was under my bigger area of the foot. Not in the arch, but the other area (ball?). It hurt when I walked at that place. But, then it moved and no longer hurts there anymore and moved to the heel and my heel still hurts. So, can PF pain do that, move from one part of under your foot to the heel? I also have other physical neurological problems Ive had for years (leg weakness, a lot of stuff) and now I'm getting a lot of stiffness in my legs. So, I'm walking with two problems.

Thanks for the video. I believe that I have similar situation. It happens when I walk for long periods of time (30+ mins). But then when I do jump rope, with this persisting pinching, it disappears. So I don't have it in the toe tendon. It happens exactly at the centre of the balls of my left feet. So it should be one of my two middle toes.

Five years ago I started this journey with my left foot. Constant oedema in my ankle and foot. Now it goes up to the knee. I was recently diagnosed with EDS hyper mobility. I have flat feet and now my left foot has a fallen arch. I was also diagnosed with Mortens neuroma. And now I have plantar fasciitis. Is it all to do with the EDSh? I’m going to buy crutches because it hurts so bad. I’m tired of being in pain. I have orthotics - they help but they don’t cure. I do stretching but it’s too much some times and not helping like I hoped. What else can I do?

I’m about 390-410 lbs at 6’5” I know I need to lose weight to help it. What is the maximum amount of hours should you stand on your feet before sitting down?
