Damn bro you guys were right off of Mclaughlin and story. You should of hit the Santee area down the street and check out little businesses that people run in their apartments and townhouses. Some of the best Vietnamese and Cambodian food.

How do these places compare to Ba Le in Oakland?

For me Huong Lan grilled pork is comparable to Ba Le #19 with a little more juice to the meat. Not sure which spot can fully compare to Ba Le # 2. Also price for Ba Le is way cheaper still.

You should have went to Duc Huong instead of Banh Mi Oven . It’s in the same area
