I’ve always wanted to try out the Rebellion Pro. And yes, I do remember David racing in them last year at M2B half. I remember asking about them and you referenced at the time they felt similar to the Alphaflys. I’m sure maybe that opinion has changed since then haha

It would be good to cover marathon shoes for sligthly slower paces (non racing?) 5:00-5:30 Should we look for just tempo shoes thar are more cushioned? I was running HM in Brooks Ghost so far and was happy with that.

Compared Endorphin Elite and Next% 3 for running economy via VO2 measurements in a lab. Endorphin Elite a lot more efficient for me. Tested 5min @ 4min/3:40/3:25 km pace. Will be using for HM in 2 weeks and Seville Marathon in 6weeks

Endorphin Elite is really magical. Is fast. On my next Marathon i wear it❤. I run ever with Next v1 (also on 2023) but I doubt between Next and Elite for my next 10k race. What do you think about Elite or Next on 10k? GREAT VIDEO😊
