Long time Revenant main, but I think Mag deserves a shoutout for level cap runs. I think Ash and Octavia are very similar in how they deal with survivability and could easily be condensed to a single spot of "Invisibility Frames" (Ivara fits as well), but Mags bubbles provide massive aoe crowd control, absurd damage that scales to level cap (helminth Smite, prime 10 stacks of viral, and armor strip with Crush and you can 1 shot level cap demos with the simple Prime->Bubble->Smite combo), and has amazing access to shield regen with her 4, crush, giving her immense survivability. The buffs to her 1 also make it a pretty incredible grouping tool, but you can subsume over it if you want, the other option is to subsume over her 3, Polarize, as her 4 provides more shields and full strip. Just an all around amazing frame that doesn't get enough love.

Mag is definitely more challenging than the top 3 listed, but the damage is also better. Its so much fun to play, too.

Yeah bubble is like 3-20x damage multiplier on top of full armor strip and helminth is stupid and I love it. Also breach surge has a funny interaction with the bubble so funny that I'm not sure if I can talk about it. But she's not invisible or invincible so it takes some effort to play her and that's way too much to expect from wf players in the current year.

​@Jesse Benjamin Alvarez As a dare? Loki doesn't really do anything other than stealth. Ash can armor strip and Octavia can...do loads of things (and both also have limitless stealth). Between helminth and S-tier weapons most any frame can level cap, but with some you just have to ask why that frame.

I used to do level cap runs much early in the game's life when people used to just hang out and survivals cuz it was really the only content that we had we didn't have all these extra game modes and stuff that we do now for people to do enjoy but now I'm just like as long as I can last an hour that's good enough for me I like frames that can do any and all things and I need the last up to an hour anything past that point just feels excessive cuz you can always just reset every hour It's not like I'm getting ton of rewards past that point. But honestly I was playing zephyr before luas prey, And outside of like big AOE CC voruna feels like I can do any and all things. I feel so powerful I can spread status effects in a wide range cuz I use a really high range build I think I'm almost 300% in range I can go stealth I have ways to generate energy and health, I have 84% damage reduction from health conversion and even though I'm using brief respite to shield gate for higher end content I still like having that health buffer so I just don't get one shot as soon as my shields are gone. And I don't have access to terrify yet cuz necros is still building right now but I am using embers version of armor strip but I don't even need it unless I'm doing still path anyway everything else dies really fast to me

Curious as to why you use a lot of mods/arcanes that aren't maxed.

I don't agree with your comment about seeking surken being a must have. There are other forms of armor stripping like Unairu which is a permanent strip. It also depends on what you are comfortable with and what content you are doing.

I'm assuming you refering to Octavia? If so I did say it's not a must have and unairu is good but for void cascade you need Madurai to kill thrax's faster

See I love octavia...but unless infested...I struggle as grineer just seem to ignore her mallet and take cover etc....like it doesnt agro enemies at all....ive tried firing alarming weapons but just cant seem to sustain her at all. And the dmg from mallet seems to stagger enemies too which stop them from attacking mallet. Any ideas n suggestions to help would be amazing thanks.

Kinda found that eventually the AI WILL just kinda linger around the outskirts of your mallet no matter what, I usually deal with this by shifting my mallet placement every so often and not using a ton of range. Base mallet range + her 4 is 20 m anyway which can cover most chokes. From experience, sometimes going too much range (remember 4 doubles ur base mallet range) makes the AI bug out and hang out near closed doors and severely slows them down to your camp spot

Underrated Choice: Protea To get the obvious out of the way, her turrets and dispenary are great tools to have in a levelcap especially in a team. Turrets scale pretty darn well if you bring along a grouping tool/helminth and the heat procs help strip armor + give more melee damage via CO. Not to forget that heat procs also CC enemies around you which is invaluable when every enemy can two tap you. I don't think I need to really reiterate how useful dispensary is in a team scenario. Now her 1 isn't just a slash CC tool, the shieldgate buff it gives you is exactly the same as Hildryn's Passive of 3 seconds of shieldgating compared to the normal 1.3. This is pretty huge in a levelcap scenario as it means you have a ton of time to react when your shields break and recast your 1. The caveat with her 1 is that you can't use Brief Respite or Augur mods on your builds as any shields replenished by them causes you to have the regular 1.3 second shield gate. While her 4 CAN be built to nuke enemies, personally I prefer slotting Gyre's succ ball over it to group enemies so my turrets can deal better damage. It's personal preference really as to what grouping helminth you use or hell just slap on roar/eclipse/xata in the same slot if that's how you wanna play. Overall Protea's a great frame for levelcap and if you're playing in a group, your friends will thank you for choosing her

I agree with the Warframe picks I do not agree with your Ash build. Savage Silence + Rising Storm Bladestorm Ash is the way to go with a Venka Prime equipped. Its not just a ton of fun but also very powerful with Archon Shards as both duration and Power Strength are immensely useful on this build. Also. There should be both Mag and Gauss in this list for a nice Top5

Tho that seems to be more of a survival endurance build for clearing trash mobs as Flo's build moreso caters to easy demolyst destruction in disruption which is what most people refer to as a level cap run. I can get your reasoning behind disagreeing but any variant of the Xata-Ash build has been a tried and true demolyst clearer when at levelcap

Is there a reason no max arcane energy?

Gauss is a new easy level cap frame because of archon stuff. You can nuke enemies of literally any level with his 3rd ability as it has an exponential damage equation. Everytime you cast heat it doubles the damage of heat procs currently on enemies (adds a heat proc with all their combined damage + the base damage of TS) so with archon vitality it triples them. Then when you use the blast effect it strips all of said heat procs and does their full remaining tick damage in a single hit, post armor strip if you have redline capped out as well. Because of this you can very easily nuke steel path enemies with 2 casts. Level cap is 7 with base strength, though ofc you can make it a hell of a lot faster with higher strength or a weapon to prime bane boosted heat procs like an epitaph. As it strips heat procs which can stack infinitely you can 1 shot literally any enemy, and all the CC options and vazarin shieldgating you can make him do there is little stopping you from being able to stomp SP with him, much less level cap.

@@WarframeFlo please do and make a video showing off the build! I haven't as of yet fou d anyone in game who knows how to nuke like this and it bothers me because of the huge wasted potential. Maybe not as insane at level cap as the others on this list but it surely is one of the strongest general steel path builds. If you have any trouble feel free to ask too.

i use Octavia all the time - and don't put rolling guard or constitution or any corrupted mods on her and (as i don't like any negatives on abilities and she plays fine - And i certainly don't subsume off any of her abilities as feel she is perfect the way she is - i use corrosive projection instead of respite for the armor reduction. gone as high as lvl 250 so far but can't sustain long endurance runs as i have work related hand injuries and they start to hurt after playing and using a controller for a while. Think one of the reasons she is not used so much is that her abilities are not the best if you are constantly on the move, but in missions where she can camp a spot like survival or defence then i use her and she excels.

saryns really good in level cap damage wise but is a struggle survival well compared to these frames to combat this you need to shield gate and most players also combine it with vazarins protective sling

Yeah, 560% ability strength gun buff Saryn is pretty fun, you can add corrosive (venom dose augment) and a separate instance of toxin damage to your weapons, speed boost and decoy with molt and roar or eclipse instead of miasma because Narrowminded and you're pretty much good to go.

Revenant (outside of reave memes) doesn't innately have a lot of damage, but he's still fine for level cap because any frame can subsume an armor strip (I like Tharros Strike because its permanent and removes shields) and equip a Phenmor. Anyone who doesn't understand that much isn't going to be useful as a teammate no matter what frame they play. Its also worth noting that a teammate that doesn't do quite as much damage is still better than a teammate who is dead.

Revanant is for people that dont know how to shield gate tbh after a while shield gatting becomes easier Ash shouldn't be on this list ... So many way to strip armor its not even funny.....mag does it better octavia is the only frame

video does not handle every level cap. it handle normal starchart level cap, for steel path level cap is 9999. and for normal starchart level cap 90% of the warframe with a decent loadout work ok. so this video feels like wasted time.😅 better just rename it 3 warframe loadouts.
