@@resortia3570These are my PDM top 5. I haven't smelled Greenly but there are several reviews of it on KZread. Most say it smells good but it's not a unique superstar. So you might be able to find similar fragrances at a cheaper price. If you like it try to catch it on sale. One of the few PDMs good for hot weather like Sedly and Percival. The other two worth checking out are Oajan (BowTie has hyped a lot said it smells like apple pie) and Haltane (similar to Oud For Greatness which I already have). IMHO PDM is the #1 mens fragrance niche brand but never buy PDMs at retail price they are often featured in sales.

@@resortia3570as a teenager I would highly recommend Layton bc greenly in my opinion greenly mainly work as a summer fragrance to me really fruity and powdery . But if you want a all year sound fragrance deff Layton .

Layton Exclusif is a stunner!!!

I love all of those. I also really enjoy Haltane and Oajan. I have gotten the most compliments from Oajan

After all those years Herod still is one of the best in my collection.

I have to be honest I really did not love Percival. To me it smells good but if you’re paying 200-350 for a bottle you should be able to tell it’s expensive. I would get the occasional compliment, but it was more a compliment just because the person could smell I was wearing something. Whereas when I wear Layton, Sedley or Haltane people sniff my neck, like they’re drinking out of a water fountain after wrestling practice.

Sedley and Layton works wonders for me. I want to try Ojun soon. Great picks Justin

I love how you went for the layton exclusif. It is probably my most favorite PDM and i just fell in love after first sniff. Many ride the hypetrain and go for layton, but the exclusif is even better! Great vid my man.

I love honey notes so Oajan is my favorite PDM in the "mens" collection but I wish Habdan got more love. It's so incredibly sexy on men.

I bought Sedley while Jomashop had a PDM sale going, I definitely feel the freshness on the opening with the citrus and mint, though I don’t really get the sweetness. I’m also not enamored with the performance, though it could be a case of going noseblind on the drydown. It’s definitely been a workhorse for me this summer, but I think I’d like to explore more from PDM in other categories and maybe find a different candidate for a fresh summer fragrance.

Sedley is on my list and so is Layton Exclusif. Id love another take on the original Layton.I have a full bottle of Herod and ran out of my decant of original Layton I may do two decants of Sedley and Exlusif.

Layton is the 🐐 for me, but Pegasus Exclusif is a close second. Very complex, very niche smelling (imo), a serious improvement over the original. I reckon you’d like it if you haven’t yet gotten your nose on it. 🙌🏻

I think Pegasus is underrated. Always lower on peoples list but i like it more than Layton although they are both goated. Will try Herod tomorrow.

Carlisle is one of my favorite fragrances of all time. Its a shame pdm reformulated all there fragrances the performance isn't what it once was. Glad i own Carlisle before it was reformulated..

Oajan, Layton, and Herod for me

Tried Herod, Pegasus, Layton and Layton exclusive. The one that I liked the most was Layton exclusive. Like the regular Layton, but that dirtiness makes somehow Layton exclusive better. Also it is VERY versatile. Pegasus - I have a clone from Creed and checked the difference and it was literally 95% clone. Herod for me is just too much, hard to know where to use it. Smells like some Tibet monk or priest from church and I am not the only one who thinks like that... 😅

I have a question for the OP…. how many fragrances do you own and what’s your thoughts on keeping all of them? I have over 100 or so myself and I’m afraid to get rid of them even though they may not smell as good as they did years ago… I know the shelf life of fragrances is around 3 to 5 years in a cool and dark spot… but do you ever get rid of your fragrances when they’re too old or you just keep them around and use them occasionally? Thoughts?

@@stayfreshproductions I never thought of it like that, that's a great question! I would probably go 8 but the extra conversation it creates takes it to a 10. In my personal opinion nothing smells better than Baccarat 540 EDP but alot of men say it's too soft. But even tho it's my personal favorite it doesn't do near the numbers that Imagination does when I'm out n about in the streets. Im lucky to get 1 compliment🤷🏾‍♂️

I think there is something wrong with my bottle of Sedley. I bought it at a very well known discounter, but my bottles just seems so weak for some reason. Projection and longevity are not good. I have 12 PDM bottles open, and Sedley is my least favorite!

I recently bought it and the projection was almost not there, a bit more than a skin scent. Longevity was 6+ hours, I believe I was barely smelling it at 8-9. Smells great though. Perhaps after some maceration it will improve, but I doubt it will be much. Still worth it to me! Bottle and box look so good!

​@unscripted3209 I don't know if there is a clone of this out there. But if you like a fragrance that doesn't choke everybody in the room and last for about an 6 to 8 hours max, this is perfect. And the scent itself is beautiful, I bought it because people said this smelled like 1 million prive (still my favorite fragrance) but it didn't smell like it, it did its own thing and that is good, I like it very much, even though it is not what I expected. But if you like the really strong ones, this might not be that. Could be my skin that is blocking its full potential or I just got a bad bottle or it is a reformulation, I have no idea. I'm just happy to have it at all lol.

Layton is Amazing. Herod as well. Your description of sedley is better than the actual fragrance tho. Sedley is basic... A well-rounded, Refined soap if you will. You make it sound exotic. Eaches own I guess

I love the stuff. Better than regular Layton. It smells so rich and dark and interesting. Love it!! But sample it before you commit to a full bottle!

I have oud wood, ombre leather, noir extreme,tobaco vanille, and from pdm layton, herod, carlisle. Not even slightest similarity between them, on top of that pdm will take a shit on any tom ford fragrance. Not even same class. Tom ford is a designer fragrance with a price of niche fragrance, and except maybe oud wood it is on the same level as prada, valentino, ysl, armani viktor and rolf etc.

Sedley smells the same like Axe Chill Ice. Not the Money worthy.
