Can you do a video on hand sanitizer scents as well? This really happened I had used a hand sanitizer. Then I went into a store. The cashier repeatedly asked the customer before me what she had used. I repeatedly said it's me you are smelling. She asked me what I had used. I told her hand sanitizer. I showed her the hand sanitizer at her request. She wanted to know where I got it. It is as you said in a previous video about scents. Your scent can be a talking point.

Carlisle is one of the worst things ive ever smelled. I feel like my nose is broken since everyone raves over it.

Wow, I watch alot of fragrance videos and yours blows them out with your rapid fire yet dense and straight to the point approach.

My eyes lit up when I seen Layton was only at 5. I'm interested to see what the next four will be.

The first time I smelled Layton I wanted to bite the test strip it was sprayed on. Then I smelled Herod and then wanted to burry my face into my sweater. I’m three bottles into collecting these. I absolutely love these fragrances.

You will end up smelling like Layton forever then! Lol don’t drop your bottles be careful. My Percival tipped over the other day and fell on the carpet. I didn’t think much of it but when I went to pick it up I noticed it snapped where the cap attaches. Don’t worry I saved the juice and now my house smells like Percival 😅

Kalan is very specific and you either love it or hate it. Nevertheless, the DNA is damn unique!! Totally love it

I've tried a some of the pdms that people generally liked (Herod, Carlisle and Layton etc) and was underwhelmed. I purchased a partial bottle of Kalan (blind) simply because I thought the bottle was stunning. Turns out I really like it! Of the few that I've I've tried its only Kalan and Pegasus Exclusif that have stood out so far. I don't think either of these are that hyped though 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pegasus Exclusif really grew on me from my decant. I thought it was too close to Layton Exclusif, but then I acclimated and really liked it.

Percival, Carlisle, and Layton Exclusif I've tried as a sample and all three smelled absolutely incredible! Trying to save up to buy them..pricey but I'd say it's well worth the money. I'm pretty picky when it comes to cologne. The scents caught me by surprise, and I instantly fell in love with it. Compliments left and rights, but in all honesty the smell is more for my nose hahah

Greenley was my first PDM fragrance. I bought a few creed fragrances for the Mrs. and I from the nice lady at a Bloomingdale’s and she suggested that I mixed Greenley with Creed GIT and bought it on the spot.

Kalan is great, but yeah, it's love or hate. I didn't like it at first, but using it a bit more, and I fell in love.

PdM is my fav niche house, I own five bottles. I'm surprised Oajan did not make your list. One of the best gourmands out there!

Outstanding video brother! Carlisle, IMO, is undoubtedly PDM's crown jewel. Its distinctiveness is unmatched. Other than Akaster, I own the entire men's PDM house and your critiques are spot on. While I would re-arrange my rankings a bit, numero uno is the one that matters most. Again brother, helluva video.

Just got the discovery set to see what Layton and Pegasus was all about. Selected Godolphin for the add-on. Percival is by far the winner. The rest remind me of old people smells.

Just splurged 850 Euro on 3 bottles in a single shot. LAYTON LATON EXCLUSIF CARLISLE Layton exclusif grew on me like never it has such a dark and animalistic vibe to it especially the dry down which is phenomenal but I suggest to try a tester before going for it it's not for everyone

Great video, Carlisle is also my #1 PDM.. I think the original Layton imo is better than the Exclusif, Layton is perfect the way it is, Greenley is the most hated on PDM and I personally love it, I always get compliments when I wear it

Interesting. The ONLY Parfum de Marly that is own is Carlisle. It is one of my favorites, since I tend to like spicy, woody scents much more than citrus based frags. Thanks for the review.

I love Percival, some might describe it as basic but it just smells great to me, with great longevity and projection!

These perfumes are very expensive, but definitely keep up with the quality. My faves are Layton, Herod and Carlisle. I agree with Antonio that Carlisle is the best PDM, gorgeous frag ...

I got my travel spray sample size from scentbox and was amazed at how much I liked it. Ended up getting another lol If it smells too simple/feminine for anyone, layer it with spice bomb extreme. Pretty amazing

Yea same . People shit on it because it smells too designer for them but I don’t care . I have gotten so many compliments wearing it from ladies it’s unreal . Also it has aged well in my bottle & smells more complex now than it did when I first opened it .

Love the video, i tried Layton just a few days ago and ( for me) it didn’t live up to the hype, I loved Herod, Pegasus/ Pegasus Exclusif even Galloway but Layton wasn’t a first love for me unfortunately and I wanted to love that fragrance because of all of the hype it gets Let’s not forget about carlisle, best PDM by far in my opinion

Yup I have 7 PdMs and have tried Godolphin so in total I've tried 8. My 2 faves are Carlisle and Herod. Those 2 are divine. After wearing Layton a few times, I've warmed up to it and quite like it but have to admit it's rather overrated and not PdM's best, JMHO.

Like in my opinion something that deserves all the hype it gets it’s Creed Aventus only because it’s such a likable scent and in my case it was love at First smell, it’s one of those fragrances that I don’t see anyone hating if your wearing it ( Only online it gets hate🤣 ).

Layton is really overrated. The opening is really synthetic and cough syrupy and it only projects for like an hour. I put 6 sprays on my neck once and nobody could tell I was wearing anything.

Must be doing something wrong with my sample of Herod. Tested it several times and it’s an immediate skin scent with no projection. 30-60 min later it’s non existent.

It smells like dr proper to me. It’s nice but I think if people aren’t passionate about fragrances like we are they would think it smells weird. I’ve found that women just like fresh designer scents so it’s not always worth spending lots of money on niche sometimes.

Galloway is my all time favorite DRESS UP fragrance (especially living in florida) would never wear it to the beach (that's Tom Ford mandarino di Amalfi aqua) but as you said, summer wedding, HAS to be Galloway

I would absolutely agree. I owned Layton, Habdan, Oajan, Herod, Godolphin, and Galloway, but Galloway out of all of those surprised me the most. I didn't know how much I was gonna love it

I recently bought Oajan, quite recommended as well, but Herod is my favorite

My favorite is Galloway. Kalan I hated when I first tried a sample. Then I got a cheap clone (Kalos). It grew on me, then I bought PDM Kalan and I absolutely love it. My second PDM fave.

Just purchased Percival and I am BLOWN AWAY. Absolutely amazing and 4 hours in it smells just as strong. (Just sprayed for the first time 4 hours ago) if it lasts any less than 8 hours I’ll come back and edit this

@@abeladonay9964 Nordstrom. They carry it online and in some department stores. If you find one with a fragrance section that carries it you can try all of them. Personally I’m a big fan of Percival, Layton, Sedley, Herod, and many others. So far only own Percival but will probably get Layton next

I have Pegasus, Galloway and the king Layton which is imo the world's best night out fragrance....other PdM, for me, were too expensive to justify full bottle...

I d place layton on 14 as it is very common. Kalan 1 & Greenley 2 and Pegasus 3. All others 😏

Sedley is such a sophisticated and refined office fragrance. Had a nurse go all over me while in the emergency room with son..lol.

Carlisle, Greenley and Layton are my top 3.

Kalan is the most sexy fragrance from pdm. I wore so many pdm fragrances but with kalan i got soo many compliments, so many ppl asked me what im wearing, i Love it.

Funny thing is Kalan and Carlisle are my two favorites for very different reasons and for very different occasions.

100% Agree. Kalan is the, together with Tobacco Vanille, one of very few fragrances that make me wanna puke and wash them off (or give me big headache if I don't do it).

I have over 20 fragrances in my collection. I have 3, maybe 4 I would consider my "go to's" ... i.e. fragrances I always reach for while the others collect dust on a shelf.

Carlisle is an absolute masterpiece. Im sad that these days all I know is the 81% batch Ive never had the pleasure of the older 77% batches that seem to have reached legendary status. But oh well, price isnt bad these days at around 180-200 so I'll just apply liberally 😅

Hmmm, I seen a few of this channels reviews. It's crazy you can get the same depth, deepness, sophistication, of a higher niche like PDM, Creed, and then get the same from this cheap house. I been on the fence to try PDM and got decants of a few and think Carlisle, when I smelled it initially, to the end was worth the price. The amount you get in whatever they call it when your satisfaction button is on red, this Carlisle has it. LOL. Now I want to get a whiff of each and every PDM. Thank you for this. I'm rocking Mont Blanc Legen cause of here.

Cardomom is missing from Layton's description in PDM website!!! (As well as others mentioned in fragantica, like sandalwood and mandarin). Did PDM changed the compositon? Thank You

Greenley is so underrated. It is a top 3 PDM fragrance for me, and the dry down is amazing.

That’s crazy, smells like a cleaning spray solution I use to wipe down the counters. I tried many times to see if my mind changed and just couldn’t enjoy it like the others I’ve tried. Glad it works for you guys though

Another underrated PDM is Kuhuyan which in my opinion is a better leather scent than Gololphin

The first niche fragrance i smelled ,was pdm herod .I still havent found any fragrance that even comes close to how much i like it 10/10
