I think Mandarin is not that important because it is just spoken in China and some of other parts not world wide. China has maximum population that's why Mandarin is 2nd most spoken language

For Spanish there is only one institute in Delhi which provides Spanish language certificate course....You can attend offline or online classes by paying the requisite fees

Im learning quite a few at the moment, french in school, and greek, vietnamese, japanese in free time, and spanish at home and in free time.
