psp and ps2 still play alot of psp on my modded vita

My all time favourite is still Urban Reign. It is literally a PS2 exclusive that can only be played on a PS2 or emulation. Most popular PS2 games have remakes, remasters or PSN version that allow us to play on more modern consoles. But Urban Reign is the only reason why I still keep and hook up my PS2 despite my PS5.

My favourite PS2 game as I grew up was the Winning Eleven Soccer series. I remember playing them with classmates after school and it was fun particularly during times of World Cup or Euro Cup. As of now I like the Final Fantasies, i.e. 10, 12. The Tenchu games brought me good memories too. I knew that God of War was famous, but just feel too noisy perhaps it’s my personality. GT4 is too hard. Every car has its unique feature, i.e. the speed or how well it turns a corner.

Tekken games, Ratchet and Clank 1, 2 and 3, Jak and Daxter, God of War, Silent Hill 2 and 3 and Gitar Hero+++many good memories❤️

I think The Warriors from rockstar deserves to be here that game was one of the best beat ‘em ups of all time and changed the way fighting games worked forever. As well as probably being the best movie-game adaptation ever I honestly feel it’s the only situation where a game was actually better than the film and I don’t see enough people talking about it I just started emulating it again and it’s still so worth playing!! It’s honestly worth it’s own video 🙌🏼

Love your video mate. But if u can add vice city and gta 3 atleast for honorable mentions , I am glad.

Tony hawks underground 1 and 2 are amazing, atleast one of them should be in top 5. The ratchet and clank games are great too along with timesplitters future perfect. The god of war games are awesome, of course. I think kingdom hearts 2 should probably be ranked a bit higher

No Metal Gear Solid 3? I would place MGS3 Subsistence as the #1 PS2 game. Guess I need to play God of War now. I have some other favorites like Final Fantasy XII and Tenchu.

Great list, agreed. Black is TOP TIER. Shadow Colossus, GTA SA, RE4, GT4, NFSMW are a must. To me any PS2 Final Fantasy is good too. Top 50 maybe

This is an awesome list! I never actually played the GoW series! But I can totally get behind the placements of RE4, San Andreas and a lot more of them! My personal favourite on PS2 is probably Star Wars Battlefront 2 or Red Card Soccer. I might have to have a go at this list for myself! 😂 great video guys!

I own all these games & used the AverMedia 2+ although not the best card to capture retro games tbh ... (I remember struggling on some of the titles with lines and glitches) but again, I don't see anything wrong with emulation. John

I really like your top 20 greatest games for the PS2. Hey Chris, first of all cheers for checking out this list mate - I've definately slept on Persona tbh 🤐 and now totally get the appeal ... growing up I wasn't really exposed much to the series for some reason I guess ... I've come into the series late, and playing these games now I can agree with you Persona 3 / 4 can easily top these type of charts BUT basing this top 20 on my personal list with games I had a strong connection to growing up I just didn't have that with the Persona series ... / with all of this said - I've since taken the time to get myself up to scratch and no regrets Persona 5 is one of the best PS4 games in my opinion ~ might jump on this list soon! FFX not even an honorable mention??? It’s top ten for so many. To each their own though.

Great list. Shadow of the Colossus is the only game on here I played on PS2, others I played on Xbox and Wii. Honestly my list would be very different to yours, PS2 has such a massive library.

The warriors, The Godfather game, tony hawk underground, both true crimes, call of duty finest hour/big red one/3, mx vs atv and 50 cent bulletproof are the ones that come to my mind off hand👌🏽
