Ok, got bored after 3:20 mins, cause grated there were a lot of good plays, and good placements of the spikes, none of them were particularly hard or powerful.. A hard spike hits the floor, then the ceiling ! Stop the stupid click bait titles.

Nope. These colleyball players use momentum and their weight to produce powerful smash. But in slap contest they are forbidden to lift their foot when slapping which will prevent them to perform their usual biomechanic that produce powerful slap.

@@alwayjohnrallos7359 volleyball player use core contraction vertically just like the movement when you do sit up to produce force when spiking the ball. In powerslap contest they use the core in rotation movement "twisting movement" just like how baseball player move when hitting the ball with a bat. 2 completely different movement. There isa reason why they are volleyball player and not a powerslap contestant.
