From someone who collected heavily 30 plus years ago in the 80's, these videos are so much fun. I watch, pause, check, and restart again. Its like Christmas morning when you were 5 over & over again. A BGS 10 PRISTINE Michael Jordan rookie sold for over 125,000 thousands dollars at auction. HIS fleer rookie is one of the most counterfeit card he has. Real one has dots in fleer logo, bull eyes are open a little and bottom logo on card if all 3 of them are on card it's REAL. PLUS color of yellow on card doesn't bleed like fake card's.

Oh yeah, I should have added that in the video! Thanks for the insight. "If you're going to invest in Jordan rookies I would suggest buying the ones that have been authenticated by either PSA or BGS. Just to be safe. Unless you know what you're doing, it's close to impossible to tell the real ones from the fake ones"!

Job well done, wish I'd kept my Jordan collection. You have a bunch of cards shown I've never seen. Very informative and educational. Most important to remember is condition, treat your cards well and one day they my treat you well in return sale of card.

Great viddy mate! I loved MJ as a kid and still love his cards. Some of the stickers were surprising. Only thought the 86 Fleer had any value. Ill keep my eye's peeled for them now. Cheers

I'm always looking on eBay for some oddball Jordan cards from the 80's because ya never know if they have value or not. Especially that Yugoslavian sticker, that thing is super collectible and rare!

I don't have any of these cards or stickers, sadly. There was some nice affordable numbers in there. The last sticker, though? Like you said, it's not a very good likeness. But tough to keep in good shape because of the foil. Another good one, Matt. Love to see the Jordan cards. Have a good one!

Oh yeah that Jewel Prizm PSA 10 card will more than likely be the only one ever graded that high. That buyer got a steal in my opinion. Potentially triple his money!

Yep, I knew that 86 Fleer would be #1. Nice list/video of cards. I got the 89 Sticker All Star of Dominique Wilkins, but it's not in mint condition, obviously not worth as much as a Jordan.

I have a 1986 Fleer Jordan in BGS 5, the surface score is a 4, other grades are 8,9,9. I'm a noob, any quick tips on how to check the surface to see where it got messed up?

In April 2018 I couldn’t afford Jordans Fleer rookie card. I picked up the Jordan Nike Promo in PSA 10 for $789. Fast forward to 2020 post-Last Dance and the card is worth a bit more and selling on eBay for $3k+. I’m not sure if I should sell or continue to hold.

Just my first real Jordan card. The '88-89 Fleer #120. Only an SGC 7.5. Wasn't trying to break the bank, just wanted one for the PC.

I have a jordan card by "Star" from the 80"s. Its in good condition but it hasn't been graded yet. Im thinking that it would probably get a 4 or 5 from PSA. Its far from a 10. But im having an issue with identification of the card. It only has 2 of 5 on the back as far as a #. The front of the card has Jordan during a game and he is wearing an Olympic Jersey. Jordan has a full head of hair. The back of the card has stats and the card is made of white card stock. I found a similar set by Star on Ebay. The border colors are the same and it looks like it could go with that set. The only problem is that the image of Jordan is completely different. I WANT TO GET IT GRADED BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT CARD I ACTUALLY HAVE BEFORE I SEND IT IN🤷 Right now I'm thinking that it might be an error card because there are no others like it. I searched Google images, eBay, price guides and amazon. Now im even watching jordan card videos hoping someone might mention something that may help. Any advice that may help?

It all depends on what the cards are. I would suggest grouping the similar cards together and selling them in lots like that. Cards that are rarer you want to sell individually.

I've been searching high and low for years to find out how much my Michael Jordan card is worth. It is currently ungraded, but I am about to send it off. It is a 2001 Upper Deck Flight Team autograph #19/23. If you have any insight on how much it might be worth, that would be amazing! Thanks!

Maybe do an Emmitt Smith one. Looked at your list and don’t see it.

Collegiate Collection issued a Gold version of this set in a special binder, with an individually numbered certificate indicating that 1,000 sets were produced. The Gold cards have gold foil trim surrounding the photos.

Oh yeah, PSA 9's are well under appreciated. Check those population reports and its clear as day that they're still rare . Values climbing for sure, especially with the rising costs to get them graded!

Ya, I don't like that they raised the grading or changed it twice this year...it's taking all the little guy hobbyists out of it...I'm getting a batch out this week and another right after Xmas

'87 Fleer sticker!

I recently purchased a local card shop’s old inventory. It had a bunch of packs of them 89 fleer, I opened them all. Every jordan pulled was so off center I’m not even going to grade them.

That's what I've been trying to say, man. PSA 10's are tough cards to get graded yourself. Everyone under appreciate the gem mint 10 cases with the later 80's early 90's. Especially in basketball, which wasn't as heavily printed as baseball in my opinion. Sorry to hear about your luck, definitely a great learning experience!

PSA COLLECTOR I was lucky enough to pull Jeter, Bonds, Griffey & McGwire rookies worthy, but more unworthy. I still have plenty packs of 90s Hoops, I’m hoping for a few Jordan 10s from that.

@@GRADEDCARDINVESTOR Matt do you remember the baseball museum that traveled around the country when baseball was going so strong. Ty Cobb was all the rage, and the Atlanta Braves were going strong ? I got caught up in all that...that's the reason I have so many cards.. I don't do anything little ..lol Treat Entertainment , where I live here in Florence, Alabama, was the ones doing that. I really got caught up in it.

It's too bad the 84 - 85 star cards aren't graded anymore, but I can understand why. There were a bunch of counterfeit ones circulating and it killed the value of that card. It was the most expensive Jordan card at one time, but also one of the easy ones to fake due to the quality of the cards.

Yeah that’s exactly why PSA stopped grading them I think. Too bad.. they’re really cool cards just manufactured inexpensive.

Where are the 84 and 85 Star cards? Those have always been the most valuable Jordan cards.

Don't forget the 1985 Star Jordan Rookie Card.

You ever see the 1990 hoops gray border number 65 where the Chicago bulls emblem is all white instead of black I have 1???

Currently throwing up after I seen how much the fleet sticker went for. I remember that specifically being slapped on my locker door. 🤢🤮

I am all over the place. I don't have a favorite of all time really. I do have a ton of Drew Brees cards though and tend to buy more Shaq cards in basketball. My baseball card addiction is fulfilled by Ken Grieffey Jr, Barry Bonds and Rickey Henderson.

My mother went into labor with me while at Texas Stadium watching the Dallas Cowboys play. I met Ken Griffey jr. in 88 I tried to hook him up with a girlfriend. That didn't work. He gave me 3 boxes of his Candybars ! 2 yellow and 1 blue!

20 years ago used buy ítems from fleemarker and geter a hug collection álbum 125 diferents cards and 20 duplicate now this video geting my full atención I going to look IT. Mayor be found some money

Redo this video today and see how much the prices have changed. Majority have gone up 10-20X in that short amount of time... And I know it's all PSA, but include some STAR cards and half the cards on this list wouldn't be there!

Jason Matteson They we’re printed and manufactured very inexpensivley and are are easy to make. There were tons of fakes printed and it’s nearly impossible to tell the difference between the genuine star cards and a fake.

I have two 1989 Michael Jordan fleer #21 but I see some light red color on the top edge. Has good centering and corners. Will that reddish color stain affect my card grading?
