The algorithm blessed me the other day with MadTV clips where Will Sasso impersonated him. That was my favorite depiction of Seagal, and anyone who's sat through one of his performances might get some enjoyment out of Sasso's interpretation, which had me belly laughing.

Which made him take the trial to the US, and start a social media smear campaign against Heard. Because he and his PR team knew neckbeards like you, who live on the internet and blame women for every problem in your life, would completely eat up the narrative that he was abused by a “scorned woman.” And he was right. It worked. And now you can’t go anywhere on the internet without an incel/neckbeard throwing a tantrum about Amber Heard. Just because they skimmed a few sentences on some MRA tweet or watched a few ticktocks, and have now decided Heard is to blame for “canceling” all their favorite entertainers who also happened to be rapists/sexual predators.

I really think this list was ineffective because the reasons why these actors are disliked was wildly inconsistent. Pauly Shore is a good guy personally but has done terrible work, while Chevy Chase has done amazing work but is a terrible guy. It would have been better if this were two separate lists- just my opinion.

Agreed, on all points. I feel some degree of pain making fun of Pauly Shore, a performer I can't stand, while I feel much less discomfort badmouthing Chase, a performer I enjoy watching much more. The two are divisive, but for very different reasons.

Having finished the list it feels a little unfair. A good portion of these actors have been put here just for taking bad roles or interacting with the wrong people.

Actually, back in 2015, he starred in a film that I thought was great, called 'Kill Your Friends'. Spoilers: he is brutally killed early in it, and the film immediately went up from there. If you want to see him get his arrogant face caved in, watch that film.

I read Kane Hodder’s book (he plays Jason in several Friday the 13th films) and said he is an ass. Kane was trained to fake fight/hit for films while Steven was trained to really hit/fight. It made working with him not fun and dangerous.

In regards to Tyler Perry, Madea’s character is beloved and is a representation of Southern Black life. That may be hard for people who haven’t/don’t live in the South or are Black, to grasp but it’s true. Yes, it’s exaggerated and his tropes are repeated at times (it’s comedy, get over it) and if you knew how he started (his plays are better than the movies at times) then most would understand that. He also started out homeless and was living in his car. Now he’s worth $1 BILLION and is the first Black Studio Owner. And he did all that by paying homage to the women and culture that made him who is and gave him the strength and love to persevere and obtain his success. Some may not understand that but for those who truly do, that’s who he does it for and that’s who has his back. A lot of people, not everyone, co-op Black culture for profit and notoriety and get praise and credit for it as if what they created is phenomenal but yet as the original creators, Black people most of the time can’t even get the respect and recognition they deserve.

Actually the Patrick Steward is the worst example, where Patrick actually admitted his wrong doing and apologized they even did a bit together after this whole thing. This list is not super well researched. I am not saying Corden doesn't deserve the number one spot but the example is really bad.

Hated is a strong word for a lot of these, disliked, or joked about, but hatted.

I’m surprised that someone like Phoebe isn’t narrating this list because I feel that this is DEFINITELY in her wheelhouse. 😂

James Corden comes across as a Bully-Victim, he’s happy to slag and belittle others with his ‘Bantz’, but when he gets the Bantz in return, he plays the “ohh my mental health” victim.

As far as Kutcher, people are starting to hate him even more because he (and Kunis) wrote letters to the judge in support of Danny Masterson (speaking to his "good character") after he was convicted on 2 counts of rape...😱😱😱

I wouldn't say people are upset with him, but many find him very dislikable as just seems to play the same character, not funny or talented and only famous because of his mate Sandler. I'm not a fan of his at all, but hate is too strong a word.

Totally agree with James Cordon: I was highly disappointed when found out that he was the hist of the FRIENDS reunion show! I wasn't wrong, that stunk...to this day I have not rewatched it because of him and I'm tone of the biggest FRIENDS fan.

I like Kevin James, John Travolta and Charlie Sheen. Ashton Kutcher is okay too.

I believe Jon Lovitz punched Andy Dick, because Dick encouraged the relapse. Lovitz was good friends with Hartman.

In 2001, Harvey Weinstein forced Kevin Smith to cast Tom Green as Marshal Willenholly in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back but it fell through because HE COST TOO MUCH. Can you believe there was a time period when Will Ferrel was affordable but Tom Green was too expensive.

I particularly hate Amber Heard. If you heard even the slightest thing about the court proceedings with her and Johnny Depp you might understand why.

I was never a fan of Glee, but even when the show was still airing there were rumors of Lea Michele being a bully off the set. Saying how she was acting like a mean girl and her saying the show would be nothing without her. I didn't like her back then, but I really don't like her now.

The title of this video should be "Actors the guy who made this video doesn't like and his paper thin reasons why he researched for a minute and a half"

John Travolta was great in "From Paris with love" to this day one of my all time favorite movies.

I’ve seen people mention Will Smith. But Smith is not hated, most people are let down by his actions and feel sorry for his situation. I still love Will Smith and always will for the role that he played in my life growing up! He will always be The Fresh Prints I mean Prince on my face I mean in my eyes!

I doubt anyone running the channel knows the definition of the word hated and to be honest, Will Smith made a horrible choice but by all accounts, he seems to be a good guy. in fact, most of the people on this list are good people and are only on this list for taking bad roles. this channel used to be good but the idiots running it quickly decided to do a 180 and move away from the content that made them fun

They’ve literally even gotten facts wrong on videos as well as a bunch of other stuff. They do videos on things that sometimes it seems like they know nothing about and just try to shoot from the hip in the dark hoping to hit a target! Look up their interviews and their interactions with cast members… And i did like brie larson because i liked 21 jump street. Then it fell apart.

hated among colleagues, hated because how they treat other on set, or hated because their acting is lame? these are different things.

I personally like alot of Adam Sandlers movies. Hot Chick is one of my favorite guilty pleasure movies. They make me laugh! But the #1 spot bring James Corben really surprised me. The Steven Segal one did not at all.

Rachel Zegler better be in this list. Edit: disappointed that she's not.

Jared Leto has had some good movies but it seems like Dallas Buyers Club was the last one. Cause Fight Club he barely has any lines, Requiem for a Dream he is actually really good, and Mr. Nobody as well. The Little Things he was creepy, but not bad.

Despite the critical reviews, Grown ups has mixed reviews from audience cause some audience including myself find the movie hilariously funny

Jared Leto did a movie called The Outsider recently about the Yakuza and OH MY GOD I couldn’t get through consecutive 3 min periods without belly laughing at his hilarious attempt to play Ryan Gosling in Drive and Only God Forgives 😂😂😂. Every plot twist I kept thinking “I wonder if he’s about to pull the Tom Cruise move, wait, you mean this is all about me and I’m the hero of the world?” 😂😂😂

Whoopi Goldberg was in "Theodore Rex", "An Alan Smithee Film: Burn Hollywood Burn!", "Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2", and "Doogal". She deserves to be on this list.

He's a Scientology advocate and carries that baggage through choice, so that is why. Scientology has an awful reputation (see interviews with ex cult members such as Jason Beghe) and vocal advocates are universally despised. There is also (as with Tom Cruise) a suspicion that the cult's infpuence is at least partially responsible for their success.

Surprised Jada Pinkett Smith or Kirk Cameron weren't on this list.

“Freddy got fingered” is the biggest finger to Hollywood ever made. The hilarity is mean spirited, uncalled for, and often times not funny. ..but you gotta give Tom props for throwing away 2 million in the face of stupid fake Hollywood. FGF is a classic and its humor holds up to this day and repeated viewings are very necessary to truly appreciate this motion picture of epic proportions!

I don't think we hate John Travolta, per se. We just hate most of the projects he chooses, knowing what he's capable of.

I'm terrible at names but my take on the list 20: Jared Leto - neutral, though I did like Morbius 19: Tom Green - I like The Bum Bum Song, fairly bland on him as an actor, but I did like the Tom Greene show 18: Jason Biggs - I liked American Pie, don't care what they do on social media 17: Kevin James - I actually enjoy his movies, which I just watch to enjoy 16: Ashton Kutcher - I as a teenager gained the kutcher hate. Sadly if I go back to some of his movies now, I can't dislike them as much as I want to 15: Lea Michele - Never heard of her, or seen any of her shows. 14: Charlie Sheen - I expected him on this list, only familiar with 3.5 men, which I liked, though didn't regularly watch 13: Russel Brand - I expected him here, but I do like the character he plays. Honestly I wish I could be more like him in his ability to talk about nothing. 12: John Travolta - I was wondering where he went, didn't realize he was hated. Only really saw his older movies which are also his popular ones too. So I like him. 11: Jamie Kennedy - Totally wasn't expecting this on the list. I found him hilarious then he disappeared. JK Show, Mali's Most wanted was hilarious, and a bunch of side roles. 10: Tyler Perry - He has like... the same movie over and over. (My first impression) I don't really like but I also don't watch his movies. 9: Gwyneth Paltrow - Ok I was expecting more actresses tbh. I actually like her as an actress. I disagree to hate her because she was probably bamboozled into a poor business decision, and if those poor health choices are the ones she is following, and working for her, that's fine, but she's an actress I'm probably not going to try to get medical advice from someone not in a health field. It sounds to me like it's people's own damn fault, if you hear something you should do at least some research to see if it would work for you. 8: Steven Seagal - I can't argue against this one, but I do kinda enjoy his low quality movies. 7: Roseanne Barr - I never liked the show Roseanne, and honestly I'm fine with her wanting to keep the relaunch more conservative, but they probably made it too overt. Having a character be whatever political affiliation is fine (well there are some questionable choices), but that adds flavor to the character. Now if you make every other character that is an opposing party an antagonist, or something in that line, you are doing it wrong and just trying to promote more division, which is actually what the parties both benefit the most from (I have decided not to go explaining this). But I never liked the show so I didn't bother watching the relaunch. 6: Andy Dick - Honestly he has always given me the creeps. Only have seen a few things he was in, don't remember ever liking his characters 5: Amy Schumer - Expected, and I think the hate is overrated. Honestly I think I am on the side of liking her (rather than neutral) due to the excessive hate she gets. 4: Rob Schneider - Surprised by this one, also kinda wondered where he disappeared to. I like him as an actor, love his cameos. of his more recent movies I did like "The Hot Chick", never actually saw the benchwarmers, but duece bigalow was a classic in my family. Nobody else seemed to know of it though. 3: Pauly Shore - I've heard his name but don't really know him. I would say I'm neutral. 2: Chevy Chase - I love the Griswald movies. I like him. 1: James Corden - didn't expect number 1 to be a name I've only barely heard of. I guess I'll say I'm neutral here, but he does give me a sleazy feeling. Guess I'm not filled with enough hate, or at least I don't inflate my hate on celebrities as if brining them down somehow gives me some kind of feeling of accomplishment. Then again I only expect entertainment from entertainers, not for them to be paragons of humanity.

This should be retitled Top 20 ACTORS WE HATE AND WANT YOU TO HATE TOO. Because they have different views from us.
