Genuinely, it's very difficult to make such a list, since there have been so many great players in the history of football. I tried to make one myself, but I always ended up feeling unfair for not including someone. I understand that some of the viewers were disappointed that Ronaldinho is not on the list, but honestly, I somehow can't really judge who I would replace for him. Also I could probably name tons of players that possibly deserve to be here, like: Iniesta, Torres, Puyol, Lewandowski, Rooney, Zlatan and many more, but I think creating a top 20 depends on one's subjective opinion.

At least a best of list with all football players from all areas because many list only has players of the last 20 years like football didn't exist before 2000. I mostly agree with that list but my nr 1 is Maradona.

Not outdated at all, it is a good overall description, maybe now Messi overtook Maradona but that's it, they both won one WC final and lost another. Ronaldinho Gaucho was incredible at his time, but I was born in Brazil and slightly biased.

In terms of longevity and legacy I agree that there are players that have done more than ronaldo fenomeno... but in terms of who was the better player in his prime : ronaldo nazario .....abyss...the rest. Sorry, that is not a matter of opinion, if you watched this guy in his prime, you just know it. The guy was alien, the most gifted and complete player by far : strenght, skills, speed, power, precision... just ask the other players that have played with him...

Com certeza, essa lista é louca de jogar pedra! Faltou o gigante Romário, Rivelino, Jairzinho e Ronaldinho Gaúcho. Romário é TOP 3, Garrincha TOP 2. A única coisa certa aí é o Rei Pelé em primeiro.

R Tu non hai rispetto per D10S. Messi è un grandissimo calciatore. Maradona è il calcio. Io l'ho visto a Napoli e ho visto anche Messi. Maradona era di un'altra categoria. Non è umano. Messi ha bisogno dei grandi del Barcellona, Diego di nessuno. Ha vinto a Napoli con calciatori di medio valore contro Milan (Van Basten, Gullit ecc.) Juventus (Platini) Inter (Rummenigge) ecc. E nel 1896 com una piccola Argentina un Mondiale da solo. Nel 1990 è arrivato in finale al Mondiale ma fu derubato in Italia dalla Germania, con un rigore inesistente. Messi non può nemmeno avvicinarsi alla scarpetta di Maradona. Può solo baciare il piede sinistro di D10S.
