I cant focus where to watch on the screen. On the subs for reading, on the BIG opening movie of the game, or on the TINY gameplay screen which is very important to gamers like me. I think you focus on the music and cinematic of the games which is good too but for me the gameplay is the most important of all.

Just as much as, if not moreso than the storyline, its the music of the journey that sticks with me more than anything else. To that end both Ys 7 and especially Jeanne D-arc will haunt me til my dying day. Ys's music was drenched with sunlight and fighting spirit. Jean's was something else entirely. Somber, melancholy, thought-provoking, and an irrepressable drive for advancement amidst adversity, I cannot recall a single game that had a greater soundtrack that fit the urgency of each battle. (Retake the Fortress and Paris Nights...oi) Solid list. Ida placed Crimson Gem Saga up there too but thats just me ;o

Great video although too bad I have yet to play many of these games specially Falcom Gagharv trilogy

you know, i notice the game jeanne d'arc. the jeanne in the video is from GBF. hahaha

its funny that so many top psp rpg dont add any Phantasy star games from the Megadrive collection to the list. (cannot be because they exclude ports as i see several ports in many lists)

Here is another one for yall try Breath of Fire III I had so much fun playing it Great Music,Great Story and fighting style.It should be on the list!!
