Dude you’re dialed. That was so fricken good. Pivot turns up the hill was perfectly increasing throttle and releasing clutch and the Splatter was insane. All of it was. Super inspiring. Right on.

The cool thing about trials skills is that they all can be broken down, taught, practiced by anyone, their confidence soars and their riding gets much better. It won't come without your lumps and bumps though. I rode trials for 7 years, competed a fair amount and got more banged up then 30 years of moto.

AHH....HAA........!!!!! YEAH RIGHT! I can just see myself laying flat on the ground bro!!! But those are really great techniques & some truly amazing skill that you possess. No doubt about that. Been riding bikes all my life on & off road. In my 40's now but recently got a XR 250 . So I'm back in the dirt again & really loving it. Took me a few months to get the feel of things , you know. The only issue I have these days is fatigue. Mostly in my wrist & hands , also my knees . Don't think there is much I can do about that . Awesome videos, keep em' coming!

Thanks, it is great to see purpose in aiding, educating Newer Riders, the importance of practicing the many different ways a rider can use a slow wheelie !!! Once that is accomplished it will open a whole new world with this ability a rider can get in & out many tight places or lines ascending & descending many difficult steep uphills or downhills or boulders Logs & Rocky cliff climbs or descents. Not to Mention the Confidence to tackle these issues better & safer at higher speeds in their future !.

Can you comment on your height and your seat high? I am 5'8'' and 30 inseams, I ride a KTM 350 excf and I ride trails fine 90% of the time but when it comes to gnarly enduro stuff I think seat height hinders any progress... I am looking into a 125cc or a trials bike to learn...

I'm just realizing that I haven't spent any significant time practicing standing pivot turns like you do in your switchback demonstration here. You're standing so tall in those. I'm generally seated or just about - like on flat ground. Good thing for me to practice! As to what I'd like to see a detailed breakdown on - rear wheel hops please. I've practiced these but it feels like I'm using too much effort pulling the bike to the side.

I was trying pivot turns the other day on an uphill slope. I am not good and it was pretty easy to get 90 degree turns , 180 I am sure is more problematic. Probably the easiest thing I saw him do. I practice static balance a little every time I ride and I am just OK at it.

IRC Tire USA Moto So after riding enduro for 2 years, I bought a trials bike 6 months ago for the sole purpose of improving my enduro riding. It’s a very steep learning curve. I’m only now starting to get comfortable, and that’s riding at least once a week.

So they can go from full seated position to stepping up the game and level up and have confidence and better control. I have a niece that definitely needs some training, even though i have been riding for a little while, i realized i need fundamentals myself.
