Only 5 tanks were lost, and of those 5, one was a mkIIB, and 4 mkI... All crews were safe from harm.

Regardless of the announced numbers which it can be questioned The technology has failed and Israel's army has also failed to achieve the main objectives of the 2006 war, which is the elimination of Hezbollah forces :)
