I have old English game bantams they are absolutely beautiful and if you interact with them as chicks they are very sweet and friendly.

Are Japanese bantam good?

I have a silky rooster. My boyfriend had a serama rooster. My boyfriend's rooster is more aggressive than my silky, and like to follow people. My chickens also love being around people, very affectionate and docile.

Sebrights are definitely NOT low maintenance. They are very susceptible for diseases and are sensitive to cold. Next to the Serama, they are the most handson breed.

Sebrights are aggressive even the hens will chase other bantams . They prevent my seramas and Japanese bantams from eating

Make sure they are healthy and clean

Tons of incorrect info in this video. Sebrights are extremely aggressive birds. You can keep a hen as a pet but roosters will attack anyone and anything. Both hens and roos are mean to other chickens too. D’Anvers on the other hand are extremely docile, friendly with people and other birds, and have huge personalities. Literally all chickens will try to get away and hide when startled. Make sure to research yourself before taking a KZread video at face value and please research or keep these breeds yourself before making videos about them!

My uncle told me my pet rooster is a bantam but I created my own specie and call them bambam

The last clip of the Rosecomb bantam was garbage, that’s not a Rosecomb bantam at all.

I have the dutch bantam and is aggressive ass jell that shit manage to pecky my hand till it bleeds and manage to peck my nail away.

When talking about small breeds of chickens, it's silly to talk about their meat and eggs. They are pets and decoration of the yard. From the pictures you put in the video, it's obvious that you have no idea which chickens are in the photos. You posted photos of some chickens that weigh four or five kilos each. It is uncivilized to eat the flesh of any animal, but that is another topic.

Why? Just because you wouldn’t have one as a pet?? Are you one of the people that are terrified of the thought of people having chickens because of all the fear mongering about the chicken flu or are you to close minded to have a pet that normally isn’t considered to be a pet? Any animal you have can be a pet as long as you have the compassion to care for them as one. Most animals will show you love back as long as you show them the care and love they need. My cousin has a bobcat as a pet and it is most likely more friendly and socially excepted than you. What do you know about chickens anyways?

@@Sackmatters chickens are Flock animals so going off and just buying one or two just because you think they're cute is just messed up in my opinion. I have 18 free range hens on 3 acres, akin to they're "natural" environment. This video seems to be targeted towards people getting chickens for the wrong reason, not to mention a number of the "facts" in the video are just plain wrong
