Eliminate anger. Listen beyond the words. Smile at him whenever you look at him. Express your love with physical affection. Never react. Praise and support. Never blame him. Be calm. Be proud of him. Push the boundaries of love. Fall in love.

@brokendreams195 Yes, but it's not anti-wife. This doesn't hinder her from doing self-care nor does it hinder his care for her.

It’s NO ONE’s job to read anyone’s mind or read between the lines. If you want sth COMMUNICATE CLEARLY.
This man is a complete Angel, I am taking notes on this, as for I am the one who needs to change the most in my marriage. Everything he says is everything my husband says and I just didn't believe him. I am so blessed to have found this channel!! Thank you Paul, you are changing lives!

Me too! I am right there with you.
I am a Christian woman preparing for marriage. This teaching has blessed me. God bless you, Paul Friedman ❤️
This was reassuring, I’m on the right track. My husband was being cranky the other day. I chose not to react, I listened and met his needs, he was soon happy again and apologised. He was just tired and hungry, he wasn’t upset with me.

Amazing how this thing called cause and effect is 🙏 always going to rule. We might as well use it to be happy!
This video offered a breakthrough for me. The idea that we can say to ourselves, "I can boost my feelings of love even higher and higher still" helped me significantly. I say this to myself all the time now. Thank you.

We are not taught that we can intentionally love or increase our love yet it is clearly true.

Paul has been a breath of fresh air!
Oh, Dear Lord! What a blessing and mind opening! Thank you so much for teaching this, I know that God has given you this undertanding of love to stop brokenness of marriages. Even thought my husband loves me, he is not happy with me, today I pray to Father God -whats wrong? It´s amazing how quickly gave me the answer through this video! Thank you!!!

Found you just in time. I now understand what my husband has been trying to delicately tell me. I’m going to hold on to him tightly with these points. It’s not just about them making us happy is it? We also need to play a part in our marriage. Thank god I found you.
You can choose your behavior and reactions - if only more people would understand and apply this! The world world would be a better place and we would have many happy marriages instead of divorces and heartbreak! Thank you for your wonderful lessons 🌸
Thank you so much for these amazing videos. I've only been watching a short time, but you are already helping me so much. When you say to get rid of anger you are so right! I loved the focus on love in this video, when you spoke of pushing the boundaries of love because love has no boundaries I could feel the truth and it felt like a spiritual experience, although I know you say you are not here to teach spiritual things. But thank you, thank you, thank you. I will keep watching to keep myself on the path to an ever happier more loving marriage.
Better yet, a man who speaks horse sense. Thank you. I grew up in an abusive home and have had no idea to act, love and think . 42 years of marriage has been hard for me .

You are very welcome. Remember that the past pain will fade as its never been when you start to live your marriage rightly, it is designed to produce joy and it is never too late
Thank you so much for this 🙏 it’s the best advice I’ve found so far. I’ve been feeling like a bad wife and wanting to quit hurting my husband with my bad moods. I keep trying and keep messing up, then I feel so bad for him because I know I’m messing up and he deserves so much more. Thank god he’s a patient man 😅 anyway thanks so much. I’m subscribing and going to watch more.

We all have "reasons" for not striving to be our best but those are from the mind to derail us from our true mission as human beings, to learn to love and live in joy
thank you sir I needed those words very much
Paul, thanks very much for this deep insight. You have just gotten a new subscriber from Accra, Ghana. God bless the marriage foundation ❤❤❤
Thank you for giving us a very unique theory system from main stream psychology today, I believed your tips in each one of them. Those words are the rest of the world need to hear about more as people are deveating from religion, from unit with each other to pursue personal enjoyament and achievement. Not easy to do but we need to start having these enlighment reminders!
Thank you for this
Your teachings have helped me alot. I will keep following you to learn more. My husband and I are picking up
Thanks for such knowledge.. much needed today! I do my husband this way already but I’m going to increase it. He pours into me so much and deal with so much from my family. This is truth. Try it if you haven’t. Don’t think you’re kissing his butt because you’re not. Plus he can think the same about you. ❤❤❤❤

It is ALL about LOVE, not ego. You got it! 🙏
Thank you, going to try
Thank you very much, Paul, for sharing with us this another beautiful and true teaching. As you say, this is common sense, yet it is difficult to put it into practice sometimes. I wish you could talk about humility in marriage as well. Without humility, this may be more difficult to achieve. I have just bought one of your books, looking forward to reading it once arrives. God bless you:)
thank you ☺️
Thank you Sir 😢
thank you soooooo much
I have gotten so much out of this! Just what I needed to hear and I’m going to listen to this every single day. I’m not married yet, but my boyfriend and I are looking towards the future together, so this is very valuable advice. Thank you, thank you thank you!❤

Is marriage not to be for both sides It makes it difficult when only one partner tries and the other one keep on doing all that can be wrong
@TheMarriageFoundation

Marriage is very much for both soulmates, one "side" so sometimes only one can build the bridge. But both will use that bridge
I have a question my husband loves to stay in house and doesn’t allow me to go out alone and doesn’t take me out what should I do he says I want to protect you and he doesn’t like to go out as much I want to create memories and enjoy doing activities together what to do sir

Put more attention on your husband for now until the love within you is so stirred up that all else counts for naught. Then, that love will deliver all you need.
❤️🙌🙏
So we have to become saintly and angelic.... but you're right . Hopefully he follows my example.

More hopefully you learn to love without expectations of him.
You can do everything on this list - but when you withhold your affection, kissing and sex from your husband - no amount of gifts, compliments or niceness will make up for not connecting with him, period - it simply won't.

I would say you are right. Affection is very important to our connection and one must be proactive in showing it. 🙏
Is so hard wife will stay calm and the husband is crabby ,he is a temptation, stress you up ,accoused you ,angry and be proud of him .how can you be proud of him.Yes he is a provider but a hisband should make a wife happy first and he should be calm and love and be patience to his wife so the wife will be a loving person. If a husband is crabby everyday how can a wife be loving ,wife will dislikes and hate the husband like that.He is like a devil a temptation everyday
